Space & Comfort: The three bedrooms are spacious and well-furnished, providing enough room for families or groups. The living area is cozy and bright, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The balcony is a great bonus, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. Amenities: The apartment is equipped with essentials like a functional kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options at public area. However, a few extra kitchen utensils and microwave/ovens would be great additions. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-maintained spaces. However, a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (like the bathroom corners) would make it even better. The hotel is new and clean. I like the room flooring. However only 1 of the 2 lifts is working. The water taps keeps dropping off and i believe it is due to the materials used.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool is big, the beach also just a walk away. You can walk along the beach to reach the foodstalls at Pantai Teluk Kemang.

Excellent front desk service, Hema and her day crew attentive and pleasant. Room are spacious, comfortable, slightly dated but still pleasant. Its a must again hotel.... Breakfast not bad, not great, orange juice is cordial ... coffee is good.... buffet is good but extremely basic, half hearted spread ... very road side tom yam stall like taste ... not a hotel like at all.... Scrambled eggs was the freshest and tastiest.

Dated hotel..furnitures and room made of wood, need upgrades. We got room 520, Goa side at first.. door malfunction when we open it. Bit hard to open, need to be careful. Wooden blinds as well, heavy n dated too. Called reception n ask for room change. Change to room 604, near the avi lounge, Cochin side. Better room, upgraded plastic blinds. More manageable. Tiles in bathroom are moldy, due to leak from shower i think. Thankfully the resort is not that crowded.. we have our honeymoon peacefully. The sunset viee is soooo nice. Makes it a memorable stay.

The hotel is strategically located few minutes from a private beach, but actually the beach is not very private. Other people can still have access to it but the beach is clean. The sea water isn't so clear. . Cleanliness of the room is just so so. The tables are dusty, the floor is dusty and there was rubbish from last guest that was not being cleaned up. Pillow is too soft but the liners are clean. View wise is good, facing the sea and a stone away to PD Waterfront.

I can accept hotels that were built ten or twenty years ago, but I can't accept this sanitary condition. There are lots of bird 💩 at the corridor and balcony,which gives off a bad smell in the room where I lived. Hopefully, it can be solved.

The staff are friendly and polite , local style breakfast is acceptable but not great. Got upgraded to water chalet, unit we stayed is maintained well. Only shortfall is no private beach, swimming pool is small and the parking is too narrow.

Buffet staff at the entrance could’ve been more pleasant, she looks as if the whole world offended her. Asked for our room number in an annoyed tone and did not even bother to look you in the eye. Other than this Chinese female staff, service provided by the rest of the staffs from front office to buggy service is exceptional. As for the room, sofa ceiling light doesn’t work, a/c is a bit noisy, pool light was’t turned on, door locks on both shower and toilet was out of order. Sink at the ‘tea area’ is not flowing smoothly and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly as well. Internet connection was a big disappointment, videos on you tube kept on disconnecting every few minutes.

We booked two (2 bedroom) villas side by side. The cleanliness was better than what we expected. The room service was prompt. Food in the restaurant was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that the water fountain with light show and the boat rides were closed for maintenance.
