The price is cheap, but there is a reason why it is cheap. The bathroom window is broken and mosquitoes come in. The soundproofing is not good and the motorcycles are noisy. I just took two showers and came home at night.

Relatively newly renovated, but not much thought put into location of numerous power points in the room. They are all not near the bed.
Toilet seat doesn't really cover the bowl properly.
Toilet door does not close and lock.
It was very noisy at night past 12midnight.
