Hotel Villa Singala

We were lucky to book 4 nights at our favorite hotel in Port Pollenca, and for the first time we had a junior suite. We were really happy about the room. Plenty of space, good closets for all our close and belongings. The bathroom was good size and the shower was really good. Our balcony had Sun loungers which was really nice, and also table and two chairs. As always the staff was really nice and welcoming, we feel like coming Home when we arrive there. Big thank you for that. Breakfast also good as it normally is. We Will return as soon as possible.

Lovely, small (28 rooms) hotel a little way out of the centre of Puerto Pollensa at the Pine Walk end, one street back - you can see the sea in between the villas across the road. The hotel has been there for quite a few years and has many guests who return year after year. This hotel I would say probably appeals more to the "more mature" (!) guest. The rooms are not large, but are spotlessly clean. They are cleaned every day and fresh, clean towels provided whenever required. Worth paying the extra for a balcony room on the front, definitely. (However, I would agree with comments that the walls are a bit thin - you CAN hear"neighbours" coughing (in our case, endlessly)/snoring through the night.) The staff here were just great - always attentive, always friendly, always there when you need them. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel serves a varied Continental breakfast, with plenty of choice. It does not serve dinner, but does have a daytime/lunch menu of sandwiches etc. There is also a bar which is open all day until 11pm. There is a small pool with limited space for sunbeds - it didn't really get the sun in October as it's too low in the sky, so we didn't use it. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the Pine Walk/beaches. Beach towels can be rented for €5/week and changed as often as you want to, which was brilliant. It's a good 15-20 minutes walk into the town centre but there is a really nice restaurant, The Store, immediately behind the hotel and there is also a Spar there, which is handy. The restaurant has live music on a Sunday early evening, which is VERY popular and you definitely need to book a few days in advance. Also, Coral Restaurant is about halfway between the hotel and the town centre, one road back, and the popular Voramar 57 is a similar distance on the front (but beware the ill-tempered manageress!). All in all, we would happily stay here again.

We expected more from our stay. It is a small hotel but it does not offer what is expected of it. The only thing I consider good is the location, but the rooms are old and the cleaning is not very good, I think there are better options for more competitive prices. The pool should also be cleaned better.

Amazing hotel , very friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds! , fabulous breakfast . Fantastic location and 25 metres from the sea and Pine Walks. Will be our hotel of choice for future visits to PP. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. Thank you we loved our stay.

What a lovely oasis even in August! My daughter and myself had a smashing stay at this boutique hotel. It was my 2nd visit and didn’t disappoint. Clean and very comfortable especially the beds which have nice linen and comfy pillows. Lovely choice of continental breakfast with excellent friendly staff. We have already booked for 2025 it was that good and relaxing

Stayed 3 nights. Bedroom was fine but bathroom was size of a cupboard. So small you could touch both walls without stretching your arms. No balcony. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was continental and there was something to please everyone. Quiet location. Great for short stay if given better bedroom. Close to beach. Within walking distance to various restaurants. Not far from bus station for trip to Pollenca centre. Peaceful area. No facility for showering if late pick up on last day. Need to shower using the one beside the pool and change in toilet. Not ideal! The pool is small and has a few sunbeds and umbrellas around it but space is limited. Not the ideal location if you are looking for entertainment at night or if you have children.
