We spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!

This hostel is in an excellent location, the rooms were clean and shower gel and shampoo was provided in a dispenser on the wall. Air conditioning was also provided. Staff on reception were friendly. Negatives I paid the same price as other hostels/hotels in Mallorca whilst travelling around the island and this one was the worst, mainly due to the fact there was no hairdryer, not even a cup/glass provided in the bathroom. Rooms were ridiculously small, beds were uncomfortable and pillows terrible. OK for just a couple of nights if you want a good location.

Nuestra experiencia en la habitacion ha sido genial. Las instalaciones estan renovadas y limpias. El hostal fantástico, no le falta detalle. La ubicación immejorable. Pero sin duda, lo que mas nos gusto fue el personal, ya que fue muy agradable. Nos ayudaron todos durante toda nuestra estancia, os lo agradecemos. Repetiremos sin duda!

Hostal en el centro del Puerto de Alcudia. Personal atento y servicial, cama cómoda y espacios limpios. La vista desde la habitación es espectacular: el amanecer se ve genial desde la terraza de la habitación :) Repetiría sin duda, un 10!!!

Pire hôtel que j’ai fais ! Je déconseille, à fuir: chambre mal propre, douche à peine utilisable tellement elle est petite, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas en pleins mois d’août, solution donné par l’hôtel: un ventilateur… Fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas donc la chaleur extérieure rentre, vue de la chambre: une débarras ! (Photos à l’appuie). Personnel très désagréable ne voulant absolument pas trouver de solution pour ses clients. Entretien des locaux inacceptable ! Reste chers pour se que c’est ! Me parece una auténtica vergüenza. Primero problemas para pagar y me pidieron hacer una transferencia. Segundo la habitación con cama doble que reservé cuando llegué no la tenían y nos dieron una con dos camas.... Tercero la instalaciones deberían de peritarse urgentemente, he sido técnico en prevención de riesgos y ese "edificio" que no está nivelado ( me juego dinero ) tiene unas irregularidades de estructura increíbles para estar abierto en pleno paseo marítimo de Alcudia. Las puertas de las habitaciones no encajan, cerrarla es una odisea, el lavabo descolgado de la parte que pega a la pared apunto de caerse con tres hilos de silicona, puntos de luz criticos a la vista que imagino estarían reparando ese día, ahí sin tapar ni asegurar de ninguna manera.Una cosa es ser un hostal barato y no esperar nada del otro mundo, y otra cosa es dormirte pensando si el edificio aguantará. Si estás de reformas cerrar el edificio como es debido y hacerlas, no con gente hospedada ahí dentro

Tengo que poner una estrella, porqué si no, no puedo editar la reseña, pero lo que debería poner es, como mínimo, un menos 5 estrellas. No nos ha gustado nada, ni el trato, ni el personal, ni la gerencia. No pudimos alojarnos por un cambio de horario a última hora de la naviera, y ellos, después de pedirles, justificando el motivo, pero no nos quisieron cancelar la reserva sin cargo, 103'05 €. Les pedimos, que ya que no podríamos alojarnos, y ya teníamos excursiones contratadas en la zona, si al menos podíamos desayunar, y nos dijeron que si, que pasáramos y nos daban un tiquet para un restaurante cercano. Fuimos a las 7 de la mañana, tal como les informamos, y allí no había nadie en la recepción, llamamos al menos 5 veces y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Total, un desastre, una mala experiencia y con 103'05 € menos en el bolsillo.
