We had a wonderful first family holiday with our almost 1 year old son. We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful location. The weather was a big let down but the hotel had an indoor pool and spa which was ideal. Raul looked after us and was amazing with our wee baby boy! Kept him smiling and then he was always looking out for his pal. He suggested the chef make him omelettes and our son loved them and was kept so happy! Dinners were always dinner and always super nice. Fresh ingredients always. I would highly recommend to anyone going for a relaxing holiday!! If you’re bringing children book near the pool and the baby monitor reaches, and there are two rooms if your baby sleeps better not in with you. We’ll be back! Xx

For context; I am the fussiest person ever, and I absolutely LOVED it at Hotel Sa Bassa Rotja. We couldn’t have faulted anything! The food was incredible, the dinner menu changed everyday and the tables were always beautifully laid out (there was someone playing the piano for two nights too , which was great!) The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do more for you, and the grounds of the hotel are stunning. We went out on bike rides everyday, we watched the stars at night, we laid quietly round the pool all day. If you want a relaxing, peaceful, serene holiday then this is the place to go Ps; to anyone on their own wanting to get some sun, 100% you will love it here, such a chilled vibe. You wouldn’t regret it! We will 100% be back, next summer! To hotel sa bassa; The only pointers I would add, is to have more to offer on the lunch menu and maybe have a little shop inside the hotel so we could get some snacks or even a float for the pool and an ice cream list Eloise & Elliot

We recently celebrated our destination wedding at Sa Bassa Rotja and had the most incredible time. The hotel is absolutely perfect- the rooms are rustic, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, the grounds are stunning with plenty to explore. The pool facilities are incredible. But the best part of our wedding, our stay and what our guests commented on- the staff. Raul and his team went above and beyond for us. Nothing was so much effort and everything was done with a smile- and a song! We can’t wait to come back to stay soon. Our wedding day was perfect with so much attention to detail from the entire staff. We could not have wished for anything more! Thank you all and hopefully see you all soon! Anna & Chris x

Great four night stay at this lovely stylish Majorcan hotel. Food and service excellent pool and beds comfy and all areas very clean. Would highly recommend and the wine tasting a must ! We've just returned from having our daughter's wedding in Sa Bassa... absolutely wonderful venue. Traditional Spanish finca which was so relaxing from the moment you drive up the palm lined entrance road. Guests had various rooms, all of which were beautiful. Used pools and spa facilities... excellent. What actually made the wedding so perfect were the fantastic staff who were just so helpful and made us feel so special... I don't know all their names but a very special thank you to Raul, the manager...el mejor! Also Silvio and Alex. Everyone was just fantastic! We were treated like friends from the moment we arrived to when we left. Certainly intend to return.

Thank you to Raul, Silvio and the professional staff who cater to your needs with a smile and a laugh and the occasional glass of wine on the house. The hotel is extremely well kept and the pool and spa are relaxing and never crowded. The food and wine are very good and fairly priced. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable for a couple and small child. The room could use some modernisation, especially the lighting which is quite poor, but the whole experience makes up for this minor deficiency. We are already thinking of coming back next year.

Amazing. The staff is so sweet and easy going. They help you with everything and are very profesional. The food is fresh and great. Also the areas are well kept and the rooms are clean and neat. This was our second visit to Sa Bassa Rotja and it was just as we remembered. A lovely quiet place away from mass tourism, perfect for a relaxing getaway. On our first visit we didn't hire a car but used taxi's. That's ok if you just want to get out and about a few times but if you want to travel around most days, a hire car is essential. There's plenty to do at Sa Bassa Rotja, they have a spa, sauna, steam room, gym, all free to use along with bicycles to get around the vast estate. Rooms are quaint and full of character, not modern, but have everything you need and are spacious for a family of four. We stayed in a poolside suite. Food and drink are close by and offer a good variety that changes each day. Evening entertainment was provided with an enjoyable piano recital. One of our children has severe food allergies and the catering staff could not have done more to accommodate his needs. They even had a local bakery make bread specifically for him. The head waiter, Raoul, took time to discuss his needs and ensured that meals were discussed ahead of each day. The food allergy has been an issue for us on other holidays but the staff here really took the problem away and gave us the confidence so we could fully relax. Thank you so much. We would have no hesitation to book again and are looking forward to planning our next visit. Hope to see you all again soon.

The hotel has a very nice and promising branding, but the magic disappears COMPLETELY when you enter the venue. The staff at the reception desk barely speaks English. When we entered the hotel after US saying 'Hola' the first thing we were asked for was to immediately pay for the stay. Only then we were introduced the place. The food we ordered at the restaurant for dinner for two adults and one kid was quite poor and we payed EUR 79 (sic!). The breakfasts were super poor (photos attached) and we skipped them immediately and had food in Campos. It feels like the hotel is jumping on you to spend as much as you can. The main building in which we stayed is very old and beautiful, but its beauty is damaged but a poor design and furniture of style not suited to the location, low quality, and old/used facilities. The towels and bathrobes were so used that literally turned grey. The pool towels had an external branding and were ripped and old. Overall the place gives a feeling of a scout camp or an Egyptian 3* hotel with elements from 70s not a 4* hotel. It needs heavy investments and has a big potential to be a great 4 or even a 5* hotel but for now it's nothing more than a 3* hotel.
