Ketika kami tiba di apartemen yang disediakan untuk kami, kami sangat kecewa. Kami memesan apartemen dengan pemandangan taman Situs ini sangat bagus dan menyenangkan. Kami menemukan taman bobrok yang menghadap ke atap, membuat tempat ini tidak menyenangkan. Kami segera meminta perubahan. Kami lambat dan memiliki banyak alasan, tetapi mereka tidak menjawab kami. Menurut kami sangat kurang perawatan dan kesopanan karena sedang low season dan hotel tidak full. Kami pergi untuk bersenang-senang, tapi itu membosankan.

Absolutely stunning experience! This was our second time in this hotel and we are definitely coming back! Thanks to the whole hotel team to make our stay a magic!

The Vilalara Resort has outstanding service, comfortable rooms, gorgeous views, impeccable gardens, delicious breakfast, clean and calm beach. Can’t say enough good things. Great value for your money, highly recommended.

Great hotel and staff. Location is like a postcard. Facilities were great, rooms were huge and maid service/turndown perfect. Only complaint is they couldn't make change for large bills.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at this outstanding resort, the setting is unbelievable with incredible sea views from all the restaurants, everything is immaculately clean and the staff are not intrusive. Enough different pools to suit everyone and you can eat without moving too far from your sunbed! We will visit again soon.

The property is gorgeous, but not great for handicapped. They have 5 pools, mostly salt water and a beautiful beach. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help when we had a personal issue. The breakfast has ample options. My daughter has many food allergies and they took care great care of her. Raquel, one of the maitre d's, was phenomenal! She made the experience special.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful lush gardens. Very comfortable room. Felt quiet and peaceful despite being pretty full. One of the best hotel breakfasts ever!!! Superb staff. An all round wonderful few days. Can’t wait to go back one day. Thank you.

In August 2024, we stayed for a week in an apartment with our two adult children, in the top left corner of the residence (apartment 6609). The place was absolutely quiet and surrounded by lush greenery. We had a very large terrace with a garden in front of it and a large, magnificent ocean view. The residence's gardens are absolutely extraordinary. The trees are majestic, the species diverse, the flowers are everywhere and in different colors. It's simply magical, and creates an atmosphere of incredible serenity. Thank you to the talented landscapers and the people who look after this natural environment. The overall architecture of the residence is really beautiful, with an ochre-brown color and soft, rounded shapes rather than cold angles. Our apartment was sublime in every way, and above all of a size that exceeded our expectations. The two bedrooms are far enough apart to guarantee privacy. The communal living area (living room, dining room and kitchen) makes cooking and eating “at home” very comfortable. Breakfast is a must - no one should miss it. Everything, absolutely everything, is here and comes from the region. The choice of fruit prepared separately is incredible. And it's enjoyed above one of the residence's pools ... overlooking the ocean... A dream come true! The service is impeccable and, above all, extremely kind. A big thank you also to the invisible people, those we don't see but who make it all possible. We'll be back again.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, super clean, peaceful, well maintained, fabulous food, perfect location for exploring local towns. Gated hotel entrance so you feel super safe too!

Seaside resort, good for families since there were so many! And good for couples. We had a garden room but it was really not a big deal to walk down to restaurants and the pool. (I didn't venture further with more steps to the beach!) the food was really great actually. From breakfast to dinner at the Italian place and the main place, it was top notch food. They even surprised my husband with cake and champagne in the room for his bday, ha. Pool was great and although you wanted to get down to get a chair after breakfast like by 10 at least I did find chairs at the pool every day. Service was very friendly and hospitable.

Sadly, this beautiful property doesn't have enough staff who can provide services as needed. The property is extremely well kept, where you will also find one of the best beaches in Algarve and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, their restaurants are always fully committed and they don't give preference to their guests. To find a salon appointment was a huge commitment, their beach services end at 5pm when Sunset is 8:30pm and some of their receptionists are extremely unhelpful. All other employees of the the resort were kind, helpful and extraordinarily polite. I wish my review was a better one, but I find very unfair to go through certain difficulties during a trip that I was expecting so much.

I have stayed at Vilalara three times so far - in 2002, 2012 and this week - and the more I experience the unique location, beauty, scents, activities and peacefulness of this hotel, the more I feel like coming back. The accommodation is superb: rooms are large, nicely furnished and all feature a large balcony with a sun terrace or sofa. The three swimming pools accomodate any preference you may have, and the blond sandy beach is an irresistible invitation to enjoy (relatively) warm waters of the ocean. Three restaurants with distinctive menus allow to taste differents styles while conveniently keeping in the hotel. A large choice of restaurants is available at short distance - to indulge yourself with grilled sardines up to most exclusive gourmet’selection. Last but not least, the staff will bend over backwards to help you. The concierges are on hand 24 hours a day to advise you, book your restaurants, tennis or paddle, and suggest land and water excursions that will delight you. In short, this is an exceptional place for a delightfully exclusive stay!

We loved our experience. It was too short, but we will definitely return. The welcome from Patricia and Sandra was world class. They’re constantly checking in on you, ensuring your stay is a seamless one. The daily breakfast is to die for - celebrating the local ingredients and regional cuisine. We booked a lesson with tennis pro and had a superb hit. The recreational facilities are great including Pickle and Padel courts too. Our son loved the kids club whilst we were playing tennis. We’ll be back and thanks again for the genuine hospitality and memorable stay.

What a beautiful resort! 5 stars all around. Everywhere you look was gorgeous- the grounds, the pools, and of course the views. The staff were also exceptionally nice. The restaurants were great. We had just a tremendous experience and I would be very happy to go back. We didn’t love our particular room as much as the resort (it was a junior suite emotion), because it was downstairs with very little natural light. We asked to switch rooms but they were entirely full. We still had a fabulous time at the resort, but I would recommend asking for a room upstairs with a view.
