Kelebihan: Lokasi hotel cukup sentral dengan banyaknya warung makan, restoran, supermarket, dll. Di sekitarnya juga terdapat banyak tempat wisata utama seperti Pasar Flamboyan dan tepi Sungai Kapuas. Sarapannya cukup enak meskipun pilihannya terbatas. Kamarnya luas, bersih, dan sederhana. Dekorasi hotel sebagian besar ber***a modern dibandingkan ***a Eropa klasik—baik di dalam maupun di luar. Tersedia WiFi tetapi tidak diberitahu oleh staf check-in. Semua staf sangat sopan, dan itu nilai tambah yang besar!
Kekurangan: Areanya agak terlalu padat, tetapi itu wajar. Beberapa area yang terbuka agak tidak sedap dipandang, terutama di sekitar lorong. Bunyi bip kesalahan yang terus-menerus di dekat lift mengganggu dan bel pintu terus tidak berfungsi.

Hotel yang berlokasi baik di kota dengan fasilitas yang bagus & akses ke area perbelanjaan & tempat makan. Kamar juga bersih & luas tetapi dindingnya agak tipis karena kami dapat mendengar suara tamu berbicara. Staf yang ramah & membantu juga siap memenuhi permintaan kami. Sarapan yang disajikan meskipun cukup mendasar juga lezat dan mewah. Pasti akan menginap lagi di kunjungan kami berikutnya.

Sarapannya oke, banyak variasinya.
Lokasi strategis, banyak pusat jajanan di dekatnya dan supermarket tepat di samping hotel. Stafnya ramah dan dengan kamar hotel yang luas. Kami mendapat 1 tempat tidur tambahan karena kami adalah kelompok 3 orang dan tidak perlu menginap di kamar yang berbeda.
