Nice big hotel on outscirts of Bergamo, close to the highway to Milano (approx. 1 hour drive). Store closeby hotel. Rooms clean, with balcony and kitchen (locked, but can be unlocked by staff, if needed). Staff friendly. Bar in lounge & live sports available on tv.

Great hotel, super nice staff, both at the reception and the breakfast room. They allowed us to eat breakfast after the room was closed. Young lady atvtbe reception even ordered food for us at a nearby sushi place.

We booked the room for one night travelling by car back home. We only chose this hotel, because the room had a kitchen, and we wanted to cook a meal ourselves. It was not completely clear to us, that use of the kitchen is not included in the price. On Hotels page it does says that use of the kitchen is €15 extra. When we asked the reception, they demanded €25 (€5

I liked very little about this hotel. What I didn’t like were a larger list. The hotel layout was very confusing. Entrance to hotel and reception was not clearly identified. Long hallways with out signage. Even the elevator bottoms were not identified. It was only one person at the reception, in the entire hotel. No porter, or somebody to help with luggage’s. Breakfast was served with cold coffee and low quality food. It was clearly a very bad hotel
