The hotel is 15 min walk to the city center. The young man at check in was excellent and very friendly. The rooms are basic no fridge no coffe or tea making. Bed was hard. The breakfast is the worst ever didnt even go down on the 2nd day. Basically this is an over priced hosrel. We paid 270 for two nights wasnt even woth 70 a night. This hotel is stuck in the past and needs a major uplift. Left feeling totally ripped off.

Great location and the views of the Alps were stunning. But the hotel is in need of some love. It looks old and the furniture and decor need replacing. The Balcony furniture was dirty and the flower boxes haven't had flowers for some time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst our room was a good size the linen was stained, there was no coffee/tea making facilities and the bathroom was dated.

Great view from the room balcony, clean room and kind staff. Very limited breakfast, no choice, stale bread and quite boring with the same stuff offered every single day. If they do upgrade a bit, it makes it a much more pleasant stay.

The room was very quiet, the bed so comfortable that we could relax after a long day and recharge our batteries. The hotel is at a walking distance from the city centre, very close to the railway station, the central bus station and one minute walk from a bus stop. The breakfast should be improved, too basic: no fresh fruit nor vegetables, no fresh juice, low quality tea and coffee, bread, bakery products... Behind the hotel, a charming garden can be used in summer.

The hotel is well situated for the town (Aosta) the ski lift to Pila and the motorway. We enjoyed our well priced breakfast and the staff were very helpful when we checked in late and even supplied us with adapters for chargers. We had a dry comfortable room with a shower and a view to town. We ate in two fabulous local restraint's 200m away . I would go back again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the garden. Very modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with an extensive choice. The staff were so helpful and cheerful. Secure parking and 15 min walk to the lovely town. Free parking in town after 6pm if you go there for dinner. The hotel garden had plenty of relaxing chairs to enjoy your cold beer.

abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 2 notti. buona la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Aosta, ha un parcheggio nel cortile interno e personale molto gentile, di contro le camere migliorabili dal materasso all illuminazione ( la luce era dalle lampade sul comodino) a noi è andato piu che bene l abbiamo scelto x il prezzo e per il parcheggio

Hotel scelto da Booking sulla base per lo più del prezzo e della posizione, strategica per raggiungere il centro di Aosta. La struttura è ampia, con una buona area parcheggio. Il personale è cortese e molto disponibile e le camere, come anche i corridoi sulle quali si affacciano, sono ampie e ben tenute, probabilmente di recente ristrutturate. La nostra camera, in particolare, disponeva di un bel balcone in direzione della città e delle montagne soprastanti. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione poiché non inclusa nella nostra formula.

Hotel con un sacco di potenziale ma non sfruttato, servizi inesistenti. Al nostro arrivo appena entrati in camera siamo stati accolti da un insetto sul pavimento del bagno. Abbiamo subito avvertito la reception che molto gentilmente ci ha cambiato camera. La nuova camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto più carina e spaziosa della precedente ma con moltissima polvere e il bagno era molto datato e con mille difetti: gli asciugamani puzzavano di fumo, la tavoletta del water non fissata e il maniglione della doccia pieno di muffa… La colaziona era discreta ma con soli prodotti confezionati. Unici fattori positivi la vicinanza alla telecabina Aosta-Pila a 3 minuti di macchina dalla struttura e la meravigliosa vista sulle montagne.
