I stayed here for 2 nights with family. Location is really good, 10 min walk to rock beach. Room was neat and clean, had all amenities mentioned. Service was good.

The stay was good but the service at restaurant wasn’t satisfactory. With kids it’s bit difficult to wait for half an hour to one hour. The rest is good the food is satisfactory, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were tidy and one more issue is with parking. They have limited parking space and have another adequate one next to two buildings away.

The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with a fantastic view of the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious rainfall shower. However, i did feel that some of the furniture was a bit dated, which detracted slightly from the otherwise contemporary feel of the room. The free wi-fi was fast and reliable. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The common areas were well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was very discreet and professional. I never had any concerns about hygiene during my stay.

I have booked a superior room and a deluxe room in this hotel. I waited for more than half an hour to get the room even after they called me 4 hours before for the confirmation. One lady was there in the reception, she was very rude. Their lift also not working properly. Bathrooms are also not cleaned. Their behavior is not good towards the customers even though we are paying lots of money at the time of booking.

Rooms are spacious and clean, food is ok, it's in a prime location but i feel they have to improve in some technical issues ac remote is not working properly they changed when we asked but again the same issue bathroom door is not working no lock we booked suite room for 6k i think it's but high amount after finding these faults. The staff are very good. Ambience are nice
