Wow! What a lovely stay we had, Roberto is so accommodating and friendly and our room was perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our interail trip and it was perfect! It was a 5 minute walk to the station and it had lovely views. Would highly recommend this to anyone on the go and wanting a picturesque and beautiful place to stay!

A quite lovely place, situated on a quiet street, a little oasis, with lovely gardens, and Vesuvius brooding in the background. It’s only ten minutes walk to the Villa de Misteri, which is one of the exit gates from Pompeii, and about twenty minutes to Porta de Marina, which is the main entrance gate. The room was comfortable, the bathroom decent, and the outdoor spaces great to sit in and relax after hiking around the ruins. Roberto, the owner, is a very kind man, contentious and a pleasure to communicate with; I would be very happy to stay here again, and to recommend PompeiLog to my friends and family.

I stayed solo for 3 nights in June during a 10 property Italian road trip, so this review is relatively objective. Easily found in a convenient if slightly congested urban neighbourhood with plenty of secure parking in the large garden area - a bonus in this part of the world. There is a railway and main road nearby, but any noise drops significantly in the evening/night. The owner, Roberto, could not be more friendly, informative and helpful, especially as he spoke excellent English. The property has plenty of character. My bedroom was large and comfortable. Despite the 30+ heat, the aircon wasn’t required at night due to thick walls and shutters. Pompei ruins are within 20 min walking distance - the train station to Herculaneum/Naples/Sorrento etc (and Pompei ruins) is a 10 minutes walk away. An excellent buffet breakfast is provided with really good coffee to order and a change of main ‘dish’ each day. There’s a fridge with beer and sandwiches for sale as well. Good WiFi. There are some restaurants/bars about 15 minutes walk away, but I didn’t use these, preferring to bring in a light evening meal to eat in the garden. Overall, the best property I stayed in during the road trip and excellent value as well. Very highly recommended as an ideal ‘leave the car parked’ touring base.

I stayed here with my in-laws to visit the ruins. The host Roberto was super friendly and helpful. He took great care of breakfast and gave suggestions for very nice places for diner. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend

B&B grazioso, curato nei minimi particolari, host fantastici, attenzione al cliente veramente sorprendente. Leggendo le recensioni ci aspettavamo un ambiente carino e accogliente, ma le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate!!!!!

J'ai séjourné dans ce b&b durant 4 nuits et que dire? Tout était parfait 😍 les chambres sont spacieuses propres et joliment décorées, vous ne manquez de rien. Le petit déjeuner était copieux varié et le jardin magnifiquement entretenu : un petit havre de paix avec pleins de petits coins pour se reposer ou lire après une longue journée de visite (hamacs, bancs, balancelle...) La localisation est parfaite pour Pompéi (à juste 15min à pieds) et très proche des gares pour rejoindre Naples ou Sorrente et bien plus encore! Roberto est un hôte exceptionnel, la crème des hôtes : malgré notre arrivée tardive il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, n'hésite pas à vous rendre service, vous expliquer les itinéraires pour la découverte des lieux emblématiques de cette région, les restaurants, est toujours disponible pour répondre à la moindre de vos questions et bien plus encore! C'est pour cette raison que si un jour je reviens dans cette région je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à retourner chez Roberto!!! Merci encore pour tout!
