Despite a blackout, which forced us to leave a day early, the staff were very understanding and helpful in very difficult circumstances. The rooms are good not awesome, but totally acceptable. A great resort for the golf lovers.

Best place to relax with family, beautiful views a lot of activities for children to do and yes the restaurants food was amazing. Surely would like to go back again.

Beautiful property with sophisticated decor. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms were well presented and clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. We will come back again!

The entrance to the room is in the wild. When it is 2 pm, the kangaroo sleeps under the shade of the trees. Then there is a seating area outside the room, which is very comfortable. Children can run in the grass and play with the branches, so happy. In the afternoon, I went to the nearby supermarket to buy some burdock food. The two families made their own dinner, which was very casual and very holiday. The day of the stay is a sunny day. In the evening, you can create a photo. Under the setting sun, the tree shadow is beautiful. If you are lucky enough to catch the kangaroo, the picture is very interesting. In the evening, when you leave the room, you can see the stars in the sky. The Milky Way is clearly visible. The mobile phone broadcasts a quiet little music. It is a step with the loved ones. Stay for a while, don't be too romantic.

When I checked in, it actually showed that the order was cancelled. The front desk staff were very nice and handled it in a timely manner, allowing me to check in smoothly. The hotel restaurant is good, the location is good, and the sanitary configuration of the room is the standard of a motel.

Recently stayed (July 2024). Check in counter can be found in Mercure Hotel, however, there was no email or sign regarding check in instructions. We had to go and ask from the pub and went back to Mercure which is a bit of a hussle. The room was huge in size but carpets need to be upgraded, it is a bit smelly. Overall, the stay was OK for an overnigth rest.

The hotel's service is very good. The front desk is very warm and friendly. The room is quite big. The bed is very comfortable. There is a balcony door to go straight. The swimming pool is very wide. There are often kangaroos playing freely on the nearby lawn. The front door is an endless vineyard. I am at the door. On the road, I photographed a kangaroo mother who was preparing to cross the road. There was also a kangaroo in the arms. The locals were very friendly to the kangaroos. They would drive the guests slow, especially when they encountered kangaroos. Slow down and confirm that they would not hurt them.

We booked a two-bedroom room that was spotless, clean and tidy, with good views of the gazebo, convenient parking, ready-to-eat in the refrigerator, complete appliances, very quiet and unforgettable travel.

all in all good accomodation for the price range. the A/C was blowing directly onto the bed and was not adjustable in direction. so this was annoying.

The hotel is open-plan, there are about a dozen rooms, large and small, and there are two sets of vineyards. It is a pity that the vineyards are very small. I expected to live in a large vineyard. Basic self-service, breakfast is in the refrigerator: juice, milk, ground coffee, washed directly, nut oatmeal, bread slices, prepare yourself, you can also eat. Hotel Italian restaurant recommended, two good meals, wall hangings. It is very quiet and nobody is not going out at night. There are laundry rooms, dryers and washing machines.
