Tenuta il Torrione

This is a beautiful and rustic place to spend your holiday on the Italian country side. We were looking for quietness and privacy and there is plenty on this premisses until the daughter of the propietor decides to have a springbreak with 30 friends for two weeks! Loud people having 24 hour conversations, a lot of drinking and BBQ's until midnight, skinny dipping until 2 am in the morning .No room for other guests who want to spend teir holiday more quiet. Complaining made it even worse, and there was no refund or rebooking to an other site. One of the guests even molested our car during the nigght and this was caught by camera, but the owner's daughter wouldn't allow us to see who was the mollestor. Later on it turned to be her boyfriend, who she was protecting by not giving the footage. This was a terrible vacantion and we will not return. Please make sure before you book that there is no sprinbreak planned by the daughter. Otherwise, the pool is not exclusive for the guests of this agriturinmo. Personnel from the main site relax in the pool after working hours as well, so the parking place is sometimes not available. This is a wonderful place with lovely buildings but this is definately not an agriturismo and certarinly not with the right service to handling the complaints.
