Overall a great hotel and helpful staff.
Pros: clean, modern, lots of amenities. Excellent beach across the street. Has parking. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: it is about15-20 min drive to Split, but in the morning it took us over an hour to reach Split. This is due to only 1 road that crosses the river and its lights flash amber (no traffic control). This was consistent over the 3 days we passed by the area. Also, turning into the property is difficult depending on which way you arrive, but this is minor. Google maps will take you through a longer but better route.
Laundry service is 15 euros

We only stayed here for one night, but had a lovely stay. Large balcony with sea view, and just opposite the beach. Clean with good facilities. Nearby supermarket. We didn’t stay for long enough to be able to comment on other nearby facilities, but there didn’t seem to be many coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The bus stop for the bus into split was just outside the apartment.

Special thank you to Dina. Wonderfull person!! Good appartement but to go to the beach there's a road to cross that i find dangerous for children. The beach is a "urban" beach with a lot people, restaurant, ect... but the landscape is very beautiful and people nice. Even so very pleasant place ! to go to Split there is only one road where there is a lot of traffic... have to be patient... My childen and I we loved excursion! Croatie is a Wonderfull Country!!

Nous avons passé 8 nuits début août 2023 dans l'appartement 7 (balcon vue sur mer).
L'appartement est conforme aux photos publiées sur le site. Il est très confortable et il y a tout le nécessaire pour se faire un repas.
Balcon suffisant pour 2 personnes où nous avons pris tous les matins et le soir nos repas.
Salle de bain petite mais très propre et fonctionnelle.
Climatisation silencieuse qui est un plus.
Agréable surprise pour nous, le ménage était fait très régulièrement.
Tout est à proximité : supérette et boulangerie.
La plage est située à 3 minutes à pied avec bars et restos.
Sans compter le personnel qui était très réactif à nos demandes.
Bref, nous recommandons fortement.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nei dintorni di Spalato con l’intenzione di visitare la città, che dista da Podstrana circa 20 minuti di auto (un po’ di più se c’è traffico), e ci siamo imbattuti in questa struttura, in cui abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulitissimo, arredato in modo funzionale e con una fantastica vista sul mare. A poche centinaia di metri ci sono sia un panettiere che un market, mentre, attraversando la strada, ci si trova in spiaggia (mare pulito, spiaggia di sassi bianchi con possibilità di affittare ombrellone e lettini a circa 15 euro o poco più). Si può lasciare l’auto nel cortile davanti all’ingresso degli appartamenti; non c’è l’ascensore.
