Ulasan Hotel Kerber

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff speaks excellent English. There are many cafes nearby. At first, I was given a dirty room. When checking the room, the girl from the reception honestly admitted that she had not checked the work of the cleaning lady. A cookie for openness. Usually, in such situations, the staff comes up with some kind of nonsense excuse, but here the girl honestly admitted her mistake. Respect for that. Then they gave me another room. It was significantly cleaner, but the stains on the sheets and worn-out towels did not indicate the high standards of cleanliness at this hotel. The friendly dog at the reception was the only positive emotion-causing element.

This Kerber hotel was good for stay it had good bed and good rooms , our room smelled a little so Lana the front desk receptionist came and cleaned the room as there was no other room available The breakfast was ok but the staff was excellent, she even picked me some bread butter and fruits for later snacks I will surely stay at this hotel again

Hotel is great. I had a nice room, clean, well furnished, comfortable bed and the shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast was continental. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and the location is excellent, right in the city centre and accessible to all the tourist attractions.

Worst hotel experience in The Balkans. I was bitten in the night by a bug or a spider- the beds were hard and uncomfortable.. the water never got hot in the shower even if it was left on for 10 minutes. Very very strange decor which tried to be arty, but reminded me of a weird old relatives home decor. There was no room for luggage and it looked over a wall. Very surly service for a very poor breakfast. Great loction.

A charming time-warp right in the middle of Montenegro's "compact" capital Podgorica. Location can't be beaten. Decor has an early-90s vibe throughout (quirky metalworks and sculptures abound in public areas) but hotel is clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and decent breakfast, though not a large range of options. Very good value for the reasonable price. Main negative(s): (1) water in bathroom is heated by "solar power" and you have to leave the tap/shower running for about 10 minutes to get it properly hot. I did complain about this, maybe they'll do something about it. (2) sharp angle of wooden bed-frame juts out into the room in just the right way to painfully stab a passing leg. I did this twice, and finally resorted to "blunting" the corner with a strategically-folded towel. Main positive apart from location: HOTEL HAS A DOG! Little "Stuszka" (I think that's how it's spelled) was in the lobby most of the time I entered and exited. She's a little reserved but essentially friendly and will respond to amiable approaches.

Was there for 3 nights. Frist time in Podgorica. Rooms are small (small hotel), but well equipped. Staff extremely friends, and the cook is the girlfriend of the owner,, so you feel like home. Very central location. (3.19)

Great location in the center of Podgorica, next to Independence square. The hotel has a parking lot, which is not easy to find ("behind the hotel") - you need to look for what seems to be marked as a dead-end path inside the hotel's block (have attached a map excerpt). The parking lot is closed by a locked chain (to prevent neighbors parking...) so you need help from reception every time you want to enter or leave. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas are very nicely decorated (stairs, corridors etc) - bright colours, artifacts, art, very well done. My room however was old, a bit shabby, a little bit cramped and rather dark. Had a regular bedside lamp (halogen) but an unpleasant white room light. A/c worked fine but was old and not very clean. Also had a minibar fridge, a desk, an armchair, a chair, a medium sized LCD (HDMI input very difficult to reach and even then not working). Storage space minimal. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was fine - fair selection of food. Would be nice to have some brown bread, and some variety of cheese.

Comfortable well equipped place, the staff was very friendly and arranged a taxi and covid tests for us. Shout out to Tamara for sorting us out. The hotel is a minute away from bars, restaurants and amenities. If you look for a well connected place stay here.

Hotel da evitare categoricamente. Unico punto di forza la posizione. Per il resto da chiusura immediata: personale scortese e poco educato, colazione misera, stanze piccole, vecchie e trasandate, pulizia e cambio asciugamani non pervenuti, WiFi titubante . Evitate questo posto in qualsiasi modo.

Hab gelesen, dass einige Bewerter die Größe des Zimmers und das Bad des Hotels bemängelt haben. Gut, man kann das tun. Aber für mich ist der Gesamteindruck entscheidend. Und da stimmt alles! Insbesondere das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit leider einer Ausnahme. Mutter und Tochter sind im Housekeeping tätig. Die Mutter ist gut, die Tochter eine Katastrophe. Unfreundlich und faul! Innerhalb eines Jahres war ich zum vierten Mal im "Kerber". Und immer wieder gerne! Das nächste Mal im Dezember. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf das Frühstück zubereitet von Sonja.

Ein nach wie vor empfehlenswertes 3 Sterne-Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personsl. Ideal auch für Durchgangsreisende. Das Frühstück ist gut, auch wenn die Brotauswahl sehr bescheiden ist und mit den stumpfen Messern fast gar nicht geschnitten werden kann. Und der Plastikstab zum Umrühren? Naja....
