I was attending a conference at the University of Plymouth and the Crowne Plaza was a great choice. The breakfast was fantastic (photo is the view from the restaurant), the lobby bar is great too and there is also a Tesco Express at the end of the block. The pool and gym were clean and well stoked, too. Would recommend.

I originally ordered a queen-size bed room, but was placed in a family room.
The room is opposite the elevator, people often pass by, and the sound insulation is very poor.
I asked to change rooms, but the waiter had a bad attitude and said that the hotel was fully booked and I couldn't change rooms. However, when I checked online, there were still rooms available for reservation. The waiter's service was really bad.
There is a charge for parking, a fixed fee of £15.
Will not stay again.
