A unique hotel! Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms and apartments. Great service and impeccable hygiene. We have rarely seen such clean and tastefully furnished rooms! The materials used were of high quality and the colors perfectly combined and creating coziness. All common areas such as the restaurant, bar and lobby were with perfect furnishings and details. We had booked an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a baby bed prepared for the baby. There is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as a reading corner by the window. The bed in the bathroom was huge and extremely comfortable. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people. The apartment had plenty of luggage space, a refrigerator with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a safe, an ironing board and iron, bathroom toiletries, a coffee machine and capsules, tea, slippers and many other amenities. There was a bowl of fruit on the table as well as prepared plates with cutlery. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge selection. The staff is infinitely kind, polite and always ready to help. There is free parking at the hotel. The car numbers are saved, so there is no need to use the card for entry and exit, the barriers open automatically when the car number is recognized. As a hotel guest, there is also a discount in the beer garden next to it. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance for dinner. The beer garden has a terrace and a playground, which makes the hotel very suitable for families with children. The playground offers many opportunities for children to have fun and is fenced, which allows parents to sit quietly on the beer garden terrace and watch their children without having to be constantly next to them. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Plovdiv or to any resident of the city who wants to accommodate guests in it. I put enough photos to reflect what I wrote above.

During my recent business trip to Bulgaria with my Italian partners, we discovered a great new hotel. The quality of the rooms was fantastic, with amenities such as a coffee machine, complimentary water bottles, flip-flops, and shoe-cleaning sponges. The parking was well-organized and innovative, with electronic recognition of license plates. You are asked by email the day before your arrival to send your plate information to the reception before arrival, and your car will be automatically recognized at the entry zone. The hotel also boasts fantastic restaurants and the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have experienced in Bulgaria. Overall, this hotel is one of the best new options for business travel in the country. The same ownership as the nearby Jagerhof craft brewery and restaurant is also great. Keep in mind the restaurant is super popular in Plovdiv and often full. They make some of the best beer in Bulgaria; Germany built the beer production facility everything with Bavarian equipment and technology. As the city of Plovdiv has been booming in recent years, hotels like this are so much-needed

Beautiful hotel ,pure service, its my second visit and soon bad people invest and work hard tu do something nice ,and 2-3 Kids cane ruin holl visit.sin Tru tu let clients that pay tu go happily. Every client it's special and a little thing are very important. So sad in that nice hotel this not exist ,loyal client ,courtesy!

This is amazing hotel with real attention to details. Everything is top notch. Love the room design, bathroom, amenities.. the breakfast very tasty with excellent coffee, the next door restaurant is also 10/10 Honestly the only negative was that it was very hot in the room and you simply cannot control the temperature as it’s set and the pillow was uncomfortable.

It’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Very modern , everything is done with taste and style. Clean and spacious room, large bed, very nice fabrics (linen and towels). The bathroom is better and cozy than the one in my apartment! From the TV there is an app and you can order room service from the most famous restaurant and brewery in Plovdiv, which is located just outside and it even has 10% discount. The Breakfast is amazing with a lobby bar that offers delicious cocktails. And last but not least, very friendly staff. We were greeted warmly, with a smile and very kind.
