I just didn't appreciate one of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant looking angry on a few occasions. On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said ”Wait!” rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me. The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

The accommodation is very comfortable and the location is very convenient, just beside the train station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very rich. Will come back again and recommend it to friends.

Superb apartment, very well equipped, access and very clear information. 2 caveats, however: no residence permit for access to the ski lifts and apartment which can be very noisy depending on the way of life of your neighbors (at because of the resonating

The food was very nice. The personnel was very friendly, we had a great stay at the hotel. Trip.com should immediately change their translation agency though… We had half board, although the confirmation said „room&breakfast“. We were expecting the ski passes to be included, trip.com somehow didn’t include them. We would recommend the hotel, but not trip.com…
