Fuego del Sol Beachfront Hotel

This is a small, cozy hotel right on the beach. It is fully furnished, and it even has a library with great books to read! The service is excellent, and the restaurant is delicious. Furthermore, the beach is kept clen all the time. It is a wonderful place for relaxation, exercise and enjoyment

The room was great.our room was facing the ocean. The A/C was great. The location was OK for me and my wife. If you are thinking to drive to Jaco and having a night life, we will recommend it to get a hotel in Jaco. But if you want to relax and enjoy the time, this is the spot for you. The crew is excellent and helpful and restaurant was excellent. Love the hotel

I ended up renting a room here due to the so called resort next door Marea Brava was unsafe and unsanitary. Hotel Fuego was in walking distance. I walked over and rented a room for two nights. The room was very clean. Wi-Fi was provided. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Do not stay at Marea Brava next door it is awful compared to this place. Which I highly recommend.

We had a four night stay and enjoyed every minute of it! The grounds are clean and beautiful. As soon as you walk around and see the beach, restaurant and nice pool, you’ll realize you lucked out because some of the nearby hotels aren’t as nice. The restaurant served a really nice free breakfast and everything we had there was delicious - the chicken nachos, shrimp rice, mussels , and mahi mahi were favorites. Ramona makes a great Bloody Mary and Miguel was always wonderful. The beach has the dark sand and massive waves, with a no swimming rule to keep people safe. If you walk down the beach, you’ll see people surfing and some beach bars and restaurants that have great food and drinks. I loved walking along the shoreline and found some cool rocks and even a sand dollar! Another great perk- there’s a great restaurant at the top of the street you can walk to in less than 5 minutes. Most important to mention- this place is quiet and totally chill. It wouldn’t be for party people or people with young children. There were a variety of ages but definitely geared more towards couples/adults. I

The room was tastefully decorated and had a nice patio overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide range of food including vegetarian. The service was good and the food was delicious. All of the facilities were excellent.

It was all very clean, the brushes for feet cleaning was a good idea Reyner Arguetas service along with the entire team was fiendly and sincere. It is at a natural reserve, i ate at the restaurant and both food and drinks are great
