Sendero Hotel

This hotel is next level good. The food made by Olivier the head chef is fabulous. The staff is delightful. And the rooms perfect and peaceful. Their bedding is heaven and the vibe by the pool is super chill. It’s an easy walk to beach and town. Will go back again!

Our family of 6 from Newport Beach, CA is having a wonderful experience at Sendero on our first (not last) time to Costa Rica. We have 3 rooms (adult children ages 18-26) with outdoor showers to the jungle that are amazing. This tasteful, beautifully designed open-air hotel has everything you need for a fantastic Nosara experience. The beds are incredibly comfortable with the softest sheets. We love the shower products and have plenty of bath towels. We love stepping out our rooms for morning coffee and cakes around the pool. The restaurant and bar area in the front of the hotel is by far the greatest in Playa Guiones. We can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails anytime of day. The music and vibe is truly spectacular and transport you into Costa Rica vacation mode. My husband and I spent the day visiting all neighboring hotels to compare. I have to say with 100% certainty that Sendero is special and truly has it all. We’ve experienced exceptional service all around. Our 4 kids walk out our rooms every morning to grab surfboards from Jose and hit the beach. Jose is wonderful and the entire surf staff. We’re loving our week at Sendero Hotel and will for return for sure! The bar staff is exceptional and the food is next level.
