Relaxia Los Girasoles Bungalows

How this is a 2 star is crazy. Just back from an amazing weeks stay. Was wow'd from the start, the apartment was perfect, modern and everything we need. I requested a cot for my 19 month old and they provided a excellent travel cot with lovely clean baby bedding. There was a smart tv so you could sign into netflix/YouTube. Always plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The baby pool was perfect for my toddler. Location wise it's 5 mins from the jumbo centre, 15 mins to beach/sand Dunes. We went to the aquarium and mogan so we were able to catch the bus round the corner from the hotel. It was so lovely and quiet at night, most guests stayed out on their terrace with a book and a glass of wine which was ideal for us as we had to get the little one to bed early. If I was being extremely picky I would say it needs a full length mirror but I'm not knocking stars off for that. Kitchen facilities had microwave, toaster, kettle, hobs and coffee machine. Thank you to all the staff!

We were very happy with our stay at Los Girasoles. The whole complex is maintained and cleaned to a high standard and all the staff from those on Reception to the cleaners, Pool Bar staff and Lifeguards are friendly and helpful. We had one slight issue with the clothes airer attached to the outside of our bungalow but this was dealt with promptly. Our accommodation was very comfortable and we appreciated the frequent change of linen and cleaning. As we were staying for four weeks, it would have been good to have had a few more items in the kitchen like a pair of scissors, a medium sized bowl and a washing up bowl. Also as there was no oven or freezer compartment in the fridge we were restricted in terms of what we could cook but this wouldn’t be an issue for most of those who stay. We found the location of the complex to be ideal for us, close to the Yumbo centre and several large supermarkets yet the road it is on is a relatively quiet one. Even though our bungalow backed onto the road and was opposite another complex with a bar which has access from the road, we were never disturbed by noise. It is about a 10 minute flat walk to the sea front. If we return to Gran Canaria we would certainly book into Los Girasoles again.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Oswaldo. I could just do with a bit of a lick of paint hear and there. Oh and the bar staff need to be told how to make a Carahillio. The pool area is very relaxing and quiet and I found it relatively easy to get around on my mobility scooter, just one step that I nearly went over!

Even better than discribed. We had a lovely serene and peaceful stay. Really friendly and helpfull staff. Super comfy beds. The garden area, the pool area and the bungalow were kept really clean. The bungalows and the area are relatively newly renovated so everything felt fresh.

Wanted a relaxing family holiday and we got that and more. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The pool was lovely, and very quiet when we went, sometimes had to pool all to ourselves. Plenty of sun loungers and always available. You can also get lounger towels from reception. The pool bar was very handy and good food when you wanted to stay in the hotel. The room was absolutely lovely! Very modern, with a kitchen, hob, fridge, microwave/oven, kettle and coffee machine. There was also a little seating area at the front of the bungalow with chairs and sun loungers. Lovely sitting area. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. Walk in shower, separate toilet and space for luggage. €15 for the safe. Room had a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube. Overall we absolutely loved and adored this hotel. So relaxed and quiet little bungalow. In the centre for going out and doing different things during the day. Perfect location. We will 100% be coming back to this hotel in years to come.

Wonderful bungalows. Smooth check-in, clean bungalow and great place. Excellent design with pocket door from the of the bungalow to the bedroom and bathroom at the back. Each bungalow has an outdoor seating area with table and chairs and deck chairs to relax in. Cleaned most days with no problems. Very comfy beds and sofa to watch tv. Pool area and gardens are well tended by the gardeners. The pool area is also tidy and there is also a lifeguard. The pool bar serves good snacks and drinks. A lovely lady called Louanna comes round with trip information which is a good idea. Overall a wonderful stay.
