Jika saya bisa memberi 0, saya akan melakukannya. Kami pergi setelah satu malam. Sudah diisi dayanya sebelum kami memasuki kamar kami. Makanan dan minuman di hotel sangat buruk. Kolam itu kotor. Pantai penuh dengan rumput laut. Setelah pembayar lebih dari $3,5k saya dikembalikan $647. 這次在坎昆住了兩家五星級全包酒店，另一家是大名鼎鼎的Hotel Xcaret Mexico （下稱X）。相對於硬件設施、風景更勝一籌的X，我更推薦這家中國遊客不太熟悉的Iberostar Quetzal （下稱Q）。我們是聖誕節去的，Q酒店的價格不到X酒店的一半（當然X酒店包含了遊樂園門票，值不值自己算），離Xcaret水上樂園也不遠。 環境： Q是很有特色的一家酒店，如同生活在與動物和諧相處的亞馬遜叢林裏，孔雀悠閑地在房間旁、小路邊散步，運氣好還會飛到房間的陽台欄桿上讓你近距離觀察；有心人還能看到吼猴、巨龜、蜥蜴…怕動物的人也不用擔心會被突然驚嚇，除了鳥類基本是圍在固定區域的。 風景： Q酒店最大的自助餐廳在一個下沉式花園旁，一兩個人用餐選個靠近欄桿的位置用餐賞心悦目。X是花園，Q是叢林。 餐飲服務： Q酒店有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務員更開心隨和，酒水敞開了喝，自助餐新鮮花樣多、基本不用等位，平時不太有海鮮（據説是保護海洋），聖誕那天大龍蝦、生蠔暢吃，一點不帶吝嗇的。相比之下，X酒店的服務員都是一副拿人錢財替人消災的感覺，自助餐人不多也要等位，看着地方大其實吃喝花樣少。 活動： 海灘是開闊的沙灘，沒有聞到其他酒店評論的腥臭味。對我來説有海的話游泳池就是多餘的了，但是游泳池、海邊經常有酒店組織的搞氣氛活動，還有無限暢飲的雞尾酒。有降落傘、摩託艇各種收費項目。建議天氣晴朗的時候報名參加酒店的浮潛（五十幾刀），我看到了海龜和鰏鱝。

Great - staff, location, options for things to do, overall layout. Good - quality and variety of food/drinks. OK - trying to get beach/poolside seating - I have to admit, we were there over spring break so I guess we should have expected that.

We were here 6 nights with our 16 months baby. Everything is perfect, lots of options for food. Great cocktails and coffee in lobby bar. Thank you!

Very family friendly, nice accommodations, good selection of onsite dining. Beautiful beach area.

The entertainment team and kids club team were top notch! The landscaping is outstanding. The food was good. The alcoholic drinks were substandard!

Beach is absolutely perfect, staff are amazing, property and rooms were very clean, more food choices than you can imagine.

We loved the amenities, the junglelike atmosphere with wildlife, the food and drink, and the amazing, friendly, helpful staff.

Beautiful jungle environment. Peacocks on the grounds and monkeys in the trees. The restaurants, especially the buffets were amazing. The staff were kind and hospitable. Loved my time and will definitely return.

They do not have enough beach chairs. Half of the beach is RENTAL CHAIRS for 63 usd! Per person! This is unacceptable! There is 100 empty chairs while everyone fights for an available seat. I have never been to a resort that makes you battle for a seat. They upcharge you at every turn they can. Very vampiric business tactics. The room was not properly cleaned and had old food left in the fridge. Staff at the night bar left early and laughed as they walked past. The beach bar is overwhelming busy yet they will not staff it appropriately. The rooms are very dated, with only 2 available receptacles (after unplugging the tv and lamp). The resort itself is beautiful, but it is sullied by poor management, fake promises and its severe over crowding. Truly disappointed.

The property is beautiful and the staff was great. My suggestions - screen doors on the sliding glass doors so we can leave the window open to listen to the ocean without letting critters or bugs in. Also, a real coffee pot in the room so that we can make decent coffee without walking all the way to the restaurant. The little coffee makers in the room are not very good.

The resort was amazing, staff super accomodating and the beach was absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained

Loved the overall property. The jungle area between Quetzal and Tucan was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food options were good for the most part…found my favorite things after a few days that I migrated towards. Wasn’t really a fan of the Italian restaurant. The smokehouse was really good, and I am coming from Texas! My kids loved the beach, pool, and the entertainment. I would come back to this resort again.

Food was outstanding. Service was top notch. Beach was clean and easily accessible. Only complaint was we could hear our neighbors at night
