Super Lage! Zimmer top! Das Frühstück war gut. Beim Abendessen war ich leider nie.

We went as a group of 4 friends to get to know Mallorca. The price was very good. We rented a car and visited Mallorca (very beautiful beaches). Breakfast abundant and varied to be 3 stars, the dinner a lot of vegetarian variety (meat and fish only grilled at the time). The area (Arenal beach) with a lot of drunken Germans. We will come back but in March.

Vacation for 12 days, family vacations, first of all bedroom was too small for 3 person, bedrooms was for 2 person just they put extra 1 bed. Inside bedroom has a small frigde empty not working good.10 of 10 for outside terras bedroom views.for bathroom ,toilet with sink too small, took all inclusive but we noticed that all inclusive wasn't not all inclusive, softdrinks we can drink at 11 in the morning, Lunch we got a 3 receipt for 3 glasses of beer,also in dinner 3 receipt for 3 glasses of beer, looklikes your oblidged to drink it all 3 glasses because that receipt you may not use at poolbar area, foods everyday always the same foods to served. This hotel we are not going to take anymore!staff not friendly.we took all inclusive they never ask us first what we would like to drink, we must do ask self. They ask first for the people who has to pay. For the price that we paid for all inclusive wasn't not worth.

I pick my holiday based on reviews - I’ve been honest and as balanced as possible- as I know these reviews have a big impact. I’ve written as a Pro and Con list. The PROs far outweigh the CONs PRO- very short ride from airport PRO - quiet accommodation with very few other people especially as start of season . PRO- Floor 7 - a really really lovely view to pool & beach PRO - cleaning ladies very very friendly and always spoke to my young child. PRO - room was cleaned and tidied nicely everyday with fresh towels. There is also an option “do not disturb “ if required. PRO - the food ! It’s always a risk with all inclusive! Great food fresh and tasty (I’m veggie ). Breakfast (8-11) great choices each day -cereals with various milks including oat milk. Seeded buns, & baguette Bread & sliced bread with self use toaster, lovely soft breads/ pain au chocolate/ pain au raisin/ chocolate chip cookie, cakes, donuts , pancakes, with Nutella. Various jams and yoghurts & honey. It was all laid out buffet style - with show case cooking. Boiled eggs / scrambled eggs/ fried eggs/ mushrooms/ sausages. Fruit (melon/kiwi/strawberries in sauce. Lots of choice! Can’t fault the food in any way. Lunch (12-1pm) was pasta/chips (very nice ) chicken burger / lots of fish/veg lasagne/beef tomatoes, olives, white onion, salads. Ice cream/ churros with chocolate / small pots of set vanilla yoghurt with fruit sauce top (all very nice). Dinner (6.30-9) breads/pastas/chips/roasted veg/ mushroom/roasted veg/ layered /boiled/chipped potatoes/ fish & salad - always fresh cooked pasta with various sauces (cheese/tomato/bolognaise) chicken /fish/ Everything was fresh and cooked before us. Waiters attentive clearing plates and glasses swiftly. Bedroom - 2 adults & 1 child The double bed and single bed were about 1 foot between so we easily pushed them together happily. Had a small fridge. We also had a small wall mounted tv (not working) reported this on the first day but it wasn’t fixed , wish didn’t bother us. The balcony with really such lovely views- and a table with 2 chairs. Outstanding to watch sunsets. You also have small fridge. . The beach is very short walk with decent and affordable places to eat and lots of supermarkets nearby. You can hear bars playing music at night but it’s not intrusive and stops before midnight. There is a sight seeing train which goes up and down the sea side. Everything is kept clean and working 2 lifts service the 8 floors easily. Reception is always manned speaking Spainish/ German and a little English. They have a small selection of crisps /chocolate & sweets & a whole fridge of soft & alcoholic drinks to purchase (cash only). CONs unfortunately not allowed room for 2h after arrival (we had been up all night & had a young child). We could see the pool being cleaned & the banisters drilled and lots of workmen around. We went to pool side which looked nice but told we could not use the pool for another day at-least - a

The hotel , its amenities and staff are all good - the problem is the gangs of noisy drunk Germans at all hours of the day and night. S'Arenal is a German stronghold and didn't feel safe on the streets even during daytime. For future reference I will stay somewhere else.

May 2022. 6 night stay, all inclusive. Hotel, staff and food are very good but the area S'Arenal is dominated by young noisy drunken Germans at all hours of the day. I was woken up by them a few times. The dustbin trucks early in the morning was also very annoying. In future I will stay somewhere else where it is peaceful and quiet.

¡¡Una experiencia maravillosa!! Recomiendo muchísimo el hotel Pabisa Sofia. En nuestro caso, hemos ido a veranear unos días y hemos pasado genial. La estancia tiene incluida la media pensión (desayuno y cena) recomiendo tomar esta opción. El buffet está súper bien y cuenta variedad tanto de primeros, segundos y postres/fruta. La comida, en general, está muy rica. Al llegar, el hotel te recibe con unos chicos que han sido muy majos recepción cuya atención es inmejorable. El check-in fue muy rápido. En cuanto a las habitaciones, están recién reformadas y cuentan con todas las comodidades. Lo más destacable: el balcón (si podéis poner en la reserva habitación con vista a la piscina) y la ducha espaciosa con efecto lluvia. De hecho, nos ofrecieron la habitación 415 que tenía vistas a la piscina y nos encantó.  En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel se encuentra a media hora del centro de Palma con la línea 23 y 25 y a media hora del aeropuerto con la línea A1. Mejor, imposible. En cuanto al servicio, creo que es lo mejor del hotel. Su personal es encantador, muy amable y siempre está disponible para ayudar y hacerte sentir más cómodo y contento. Para reconocer la amabilidad de todo el personal de cocina y restaurante, nos han hecho sentir comp en casa. En resumen, recomiendo muchísimo Pabisa Sofia. Os gustará mucho.

Super Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück und alles sauber. Leider sind die Türen beim zufallen sehr laut, weshalb man evtl wach werden kann, wenn andere Gäste nachts nach Hause kommen. Wir würden dieses Hotel aber bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage zum Strand und den Lokalen ist super

L’hôtel est agréable ! Toutes les chambres ont été bien refaites ! Pas très spacieuse mais fonctionnelle ! Belle télévision et surtout climatisation très efficace ! La terrasse piscine est idéale et calme ! Des transats et le petit bar sympas pour boire un verre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour la plage ou les sorties nocturnes ! Le petit déjeuner est correct Je n’ai pas aimé le buffet du dîner. Nourriture sans saveur et cuisinée avec beaucoup de matière grasse… J’ai payé plus de 200€ la nuit pour 2 personnes et je n’ai pas aimé la location de la serviette de plage à 1€50 par jour et par serviette ! Je n’ai jamais vu d’hôtel qui font payé ce service !
