房間佈局合理，服務很周到，滿意。位置很方便。包兩餐感覺很方便，餐食也比較豐富，是一次愉快的海島度假。

地理位置優越，周圍有很多酒吧、餐廳，裝修風格也有當地特色，酒店雖然有些歷史感，但打掃的很乾凈，房費包含的早晚自助餐也很實惠，非常適合第一次來這裏旅遊的人。值得推薦

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from staff in a hotel. When asked for assistance from Reception staff, I was received with complete contempt! The bar staff were worse, so much so, I never went to the bar when a particular barman was on duty. Rooms extremely disappointing. Definitely not what they show in their brochure. Our shower flooded the bathroom & bedroom every time it was used. My mother in-law's patio door did not close, when we reported this, we were told she would need to move rooms and to pack up and be ready the next day at 2pm PROMTLY!! (again, total contempt from Reception staff) We did as we were told, to then discover the door had been repaired!?!? When I enquired about the safe not working, I was laughed at and spoken to like a silly child because I didn't know I had to pay for the safe. No kids' food available in the all-inclusive buffet. No inflatables allowed, or kids allowed to play in the pool!?!?! This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had! Please do not go here if you have kids!

Amazing staff, lovely cocktails, very clean, spacious rooms, pool area is great! Staff are really helpful and the bar staff make the most amazing cocktails! Location is great if you enjoy going out and it is right on the beach! Highly recommend this hotel!

A nice hotel in a nice location, despite a lot ot other reviews we found all the staff fto be really nice and friendly, just not enough of them to copy with the amount og guests in the hotel! You would need to be careful which room your were alocated as I am sure if you were in the rooms facing ghe street you might not be very happy, unless you were out until the early hours. Rooms were quite small and could do with some updating, but spotlessly clean and we have great weather so didnt spend much time in the room so it didnt really matter. The food was ok, every night is a different theme night, and so if you like the theme it was better! All sunbeads have a sign on saying you cannot reserve them but eveyr one did and nothing was done about it, this is a pet hate of mine, sooner not say it! Some peopleresevered a row of beds for the family and didnt even come to the pool until late afternoon this should be managed.

Just came back from a weeks holiday , the hotel was superb so clean food had so much choice and always fresh they catered for everyone the pool area was great plenty of sun beds we put towels down around 8.30 as there was 6 of us but up till dinner there were plenty the pool was lovely not heated but nice 1.35metres deep ideal, the rooms were ok tv ( hardly no English channels) a/c not the best we have had but worked only criticism not enough plug socketswe had rooms near the ‘ gailic corner pub ‘ very very loud but when doors shut could hardly hear it , beer in the hotel was 4.1 euros a large beer . Would we go back yes best hotel in Tenerife we have stayed in

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in May but wont be staying again. Apart from Javier on Reception the staff are just miserable and rude. This is a family hotel and yet children are not allowed to play with a ball or have inflatables in the pool. The guard at the pool was like a rotweiler on steroids and yet couldnt have a word with the foulmouthed 'women' shouting their sexual indiscretions to everyone around the pool. A large group of spanish men came to the hotel for a weekend and just run riot and were even allowed into the main dining room on an evening in their swimwear. Smoking is allowed freely around the hotel, even around the children in their splashpool. The area around the main pool was littered with cigarette butts and ash everywhere. There is nobody collecting empty cups around the pool area and the whole area just looks awful. We always took our cups back but a certain party of 16 just left theirs lying on the floor all day. The food is mediocre. The drink is OK when you can get someone to serve you....but don't expect service with a smile! This hotel is not a patch on other H10s.
