Los Cardones Boutique Village

I have stayed at this accommodation for the last 7 years and it never disappoints. I have just recently returned from staying at Los Cardones and I loved it so much I have booked again for July 2025. I found the reception staff especially Dylan and Sonja approachable and helpful. I could not recommend this accommodation more highly it is a hidden oasis which is central to everything.

Me and my partner stayed at los cardones in september 2024. It was very noisy of an evening and there was no air con. Before arriving i emailed the hotel multiple times and was ignored which gave me cause for concern. Regardless of the short comings me and my partner had a good time. On the last day we packed for the airport and whilst we popped back into the room for a final look around to confirm we had everything our bag was stolen from outside the room. It should be noted that los cardones is a gated resort wherein noone except staff and fellow guests have access. The receptionist told us that we were to blame and refused to check the cctv. We had to leave as our flight was due and followed it up once home. Once the police were involved they found it was a member of staff (which los cardones later claimed was a contractor) that stole our bag. The bag was recovered and los cardones attempted to post it to me. The bag is now in a post office in tenerife. I am having to go back to tenerife to collect my bag. Los cardones asked if i would like 1/200€ compensation, i declined and asked for accommodation whilst in tenerife to collect my stolen luggage. Los cardones have since ignored all correspondence. Awful people awful service. I will be making my own plans to collect my stolen luggage and seeking advice on claiming compensation from los cardones.

Stayed here for 4 days last week. Amazing location in the middle of the buzzing heart of Las Américas but once inside the gate it is a little oasis of calm . We were upgraded to a 1 bed bungalow and it was fabulous, clean ,comfortable and toiletries etc provided and a full kitchen. Beautiful breakfast each morning with a huge range of choices and happy 2 hours in pool bar each afternoon. Sonia on reception is amazing - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The pool area is clean and well looked after and always plenty of loungers - no need to get up at stupid o clock to put towels out,!! We will return definitely- we loved every minute of staying there.

Have just left a 4 day stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive professional at all times. We stayed in a single room which had its own kitchen and small balcony great for us. Lovely place central and clean. Just a small walk away from the beach and all amenities

Beautiful, immaculate and safe apartments!! Stayed here for 5 nights. In an ideal location. Although pubs right across the road, you do not here anything once inside the apartments. Beautiful gardens. Felt very secure. Security patrols overnight.

So beautiful! Everything was just like The pictures! Very friendly staff! Very clean. Im from Slovenia and breakfast was very good too. :) If we are going to Tenerife again we will take this village for sure. Maybe if you are with friends respect people in other apartment or bungalow. We have no problems with it but again be kind!
