Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Hotel is good the only things that let’s the hotel down is no air con in rooms and WiFi could be better, Hotel is in a great location easy access to shops beach bars and restaurants plenty of sun beds around Reception staff was great entertainment staff fantastic David in the pool bar is amazing he needs a pay rise House keeping good

Beautiful hotel! Went with my 12yr old son. The best holiday we have had! Beautiful scenery within the grounds, good selection of food, entertainment team are something else from morning til night! All stuff very friendly and welcoming. Only 2 negative for me would be there is very few English people so we didn’t make friends we could socialise with and no air conditioning in the rooms.

Lovely hotel with plenty today. Great location. The food was lovely, waiters were great and so good with our girl. There is an onsite photographer who takes photos through the week, no obligation to buy but the photos are beautiful and the photographers are lovely. Our girl made friends with Dario and will really miss him.. The animation team are amazing with all the shows and entertainment around the hotel. As well as the kids club Eline and Francesca were amazing and Skylar will really miss you both. Amazing holiday

Genuinely the hotel with the most character I’ve ever been to. Sure it might not be the hotel for young people who want to go out and party but it’s definitely not to be overshadowed by that, the hotel is so characterised with some lovely rooms and even lovelier staff who are always happy to help. The pools, don’t even get me started. There’s a normal pool that’s fairly large and right next to the snack bar/ drinks bar, but there’s also a SALT water pool, genuinely such a good addition and I was surprised to not see more people in the cosy laguna area of the hotel. Now the food, the food is what you can expect from an all inclusive, it satisfies but isn’t anything crazy, although I must admit the pizza is genuinely better than a lot of restaurants I’ve been to, and that’s not only Tenerife but all the countries I’ve been to. Definitely try it on your first night you will not be disappointed! One thing I will say that was slightly off putting is the outdoor snack bar, if the food covers can be improved to have a little door or cover to detour birds it would be a 10/10, quite a few times I was slightly put off after I saw birds eating the croquettes, chips and rolls but I still came back the next day and stuffed myself. We didn’t get to experience the animation team and shows as we were a bit too tired every evening but it for sure roars through the hotel! A solid 4.5/5 hotel and I will most definitely be coming back as soon as I’m ready to visit Tenerife again! One last thing before I forget, the animals in the garden are yet another great addition and what makes the hotel even more cosy and charming, there’s turtles absolutely EVERYWHERE really adds to the character of the hotel.

We love this place! We returned for the third time this year and it just keeps getting better. By far the best thing about this hotel is the animation team. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. Special shout outs to Fabio and Alessio who work so incredibly hard and are so friendly and then also Elena and Francesca who our boys adored at kids club. All the animation team work so hard from putting on a massive array of activities which are all super fun (but you never feel pushed to do if you don’t fancy) to cooking by the pool and then the great shows in the evening. Great to see that there had been some investment in the shows this year with some new costumes etc and this has made them even better. Greatest Showman was a massive highlight. There are so many facilities in this hotel from the beautiful pools, sports facilities, parks and even small animals. The restaurants and bars offer a large variety of top quality food and drinks and great service too. We pay extra for one of the suites as it’s definitely worth the money as the rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable with great views. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning! Thank you to everyone who gave us such a great holiday once again.
