Parque Santiago III Official

Took my mrs and my little boy here in March for his 1st birthday. We come to Tenerife once a year and never stayed here before. Personally I think this is the best hotel we have stayed at so far. Forget the 3 star rating as this should be much higher. Staff are so friendly and the place is spotless through out. We did self catering but made good use of the bar/restaurant for drinks and the breakfast buffet a few times. Food is great. They catered for our baby so well. Everyone so friendly to him trying to make him smile and interacting. Really easy to settle in to this hotel. Me and the mrs have already agreed we will certainly return when the kids are a bit older as well. Location is perfect, kids pool/ park was perfect. All round a really lovely holiday at this resort. Wow! Booked with easy jet! Wasn’t expecting anything on the scale that we got! From start to finish that place is unreal! The reception staff was very welcoming our room was ready as soon as we arrived we in the Tenerife block room 4088. The room was nothing like you’ve ever expected we had a ground floor with sofa bed and upstairs with 2 beds and bathroom, both floors having balconies and very well equipped kitchen! Great hair dryer and powerful shower! I could talk about this place all day! The location is fantastic!!! La vista beach is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants on your door step this place is one you’ll never forever! The whole place is so clean and tidy and the pool area is fab! No fighting for loungers that’s probably because it was Feb! The restaurant on-site and icecream bar was reasonably price and the staff was very helpful. The slide was amazing for my children we just had the best week ever! Local supermarket sold a great range of food and the best fresh fruit! And right outside sold amazing waffles For 10 euros! We just loved it! And will definitely be returning

We visit Tenerife every year and are fortunate enough to be returning later this year. We arrived home yesterday after a lovely stay in Las Americas at Parque Santiago III. Check in was quick and informative, we had booked a superior studio with garden view and the apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely big balcony equipped with sunbeds. Our only fault with the room was the mattresses - very hard and painful however we requested mattress toppers and this eased it. We opted for B&B as we like to eat in different restaurants however the breakfast was nice, lots of choice, always something to eat. We’re very much looking forward to our stay in the sister hotel, Parque IV in August! Thank you!

We stayed here for one week in Sept, 3 adults and one child (5) We were a little concerned because there had been some poor reviews before we went, but we had no need to worry, Check in was easy and freindly, We was given a terrace apartment 0093 In lanzarote section which was really nice, it was very clean and a good size apartment, kitchen had a fridge with a little freezer compartment, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, there was also a new dishcloth, sponge and teatowel. Bathroom had a bath with shower, there was also a hairdryer in here,, Bedroom was a good size, 2 single beds together, 2 cupboards, dressing table and safety deposit box and fan on ceiling Good size front room with a tv, decent sofa bed, table and chairs another ceiling fan and another cupboard for storage, Plus there was a portable air-conditioning unit. really good terrace area with another table and chairs and 3 sunbeds, There was a pool just outside our room, We sat by the children's pool, Out grandson loved the children's waterpark area with slides and play area, We found all the pool areas lovely, there was plenty of sunbeds and parasols, some people did put towels on the beds when they open the pools up about 8 in the morning but you could get sunbeds pretty much all day. The hole place was kept very clean and tidy. All the staff we met were really nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great apartments. First room wasn’t great at all. I wanted to go home. I’ve seen other reviews about it though so I think it’s maybe one of there worse rooms. I paid to get upgraded and a ground floor and was a lot more happier. That room though needs redone asap hopefully refurbed by now. It was the one by the stairs and up high. Kids loved the pool not a big problem with the salt water they rarely complained. They liked the water park but weren’t keen on the slides although loads of kids were having a great time that was just my lot. It could do with a little more for kids especially because if there’s an incident through the day the kids bit gets closed. Maybe another park placed somewhere or a few arcades things to keep them amused. I would return when the kids are older I have been many times but I didn’t feel it fulfilled what we need which is just a little bit more for the kids to do so your not always having to leave to find things. Although if you’re booked or thinking of booking don’t let this put you off you’ll still enjoy the hotel and have a great time. Second room was lovely, pull out sofa. Secured garden, doors were key scanned, kitchen well equipped and spacious, maids lovely and would have the place sparkling, overall comfortable and modern feel to the room and plenty of storage. The first don’t get me wrong nearly sent me home and I’m not that fussy as long as it’s decent it WASNT. I would recommended specially couple without kids there’s and adult area now that looks great. It’s next to the beach which was amazing. The restaurant was lovely. Never struggled for a bed and I went at the height of the season I will say though there was couple of thefts because you can walk straight in unfortunately so watch you possessions.

Should have been 3 1/2 stars resort is lovely and in a amazing location , the room was old school but very functional and TV worked perfect with Netflix etc , the cleaning left a lot to be desired thought we may have a carpet under the bed turned out just dust , the whole sun bed situation Is not great people are queuing at 8am to reserve sun beds they don’t use all day, by 9am you will be lucky to find one . Beach is just behind hotel though which is great. Would come back and try and get on beach side of hotel
