The Duplex Parque Santiago 2 is a terraced house on two floors and is situated in a well maintained complex overlooking the sea and the beautiful beach of Las Americas. The pool is heated in winter and located just a few steps outside the apartment. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The property has two bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a modern living room. The highlight of the two terraces. From the upper terrace you have an indirect sea views on two sides and a fantastic view to the pool. The terraces have a seating area and sun loungers. The cozy living area features a living room with leather sofa and a dining corner, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available via Wi-Fi free of charge. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. The apartment is ideal for swimming and beach holidays, even for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area. The sunbeds around the pool are available at an additional charge.
