HL Club Playa Blanca

We had 6 nights at HL Club Playa Blanca at the end of March. We had bungalow 907 and a patio that had the sun all day long. So, people complain about the food, I seriously do not know what is wrong with these people, the choice of food at all 3 meals times was excellent, there were so many fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, salads, pulses, rice, breakfasts options were vast, cheeses, crackers, breads, cakes, desserts, yogurts, you name it, it was all there. Each night was a theme night such as Asian, Italian, American, Spanish and Hindu. Always plenty of options, and the staff in the restaurant are incredible, they never stop, they all keep the area clean and dishes are cleared literally within moments of finishing. The restaurant is spotless, in fact, all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. Reception staff and bar staff very helpful, and all very friendly. Cleaners cheerful and rooms cleaned daily. Beds changed, floors swept and mopped, towels changed, what more do you need? 15 minute walk down to the beach but there is a courtesy bus if you wanted to use it, but there is a short cut opposite the hotel down to the beach, perfect. We only stayed in for 1 night for entertainment which was the movie quiz, the 2 members of staff who hosted this were interactive with us and it was an enjoyable evening. We like to go out for a walk after our evening meal so the rest of our stay we walked down to the bars on the beachfront. Pool area and bar also clean and tidy, plenty of beds and plenty of shade when you need it. The grounds were beautiful, gardeners working each day to keep the hedges, flowers and plants looking great. We would absolutely go back to this hotel if we were to return to Lanzarote. Hotel and staff are lovely foods ok bread is a bit sweet absolutely love it here rooms are very clean and bare minimum aswell there is a few things they could do better but I would come back here January February time as it’s not too hot at this time of year

I am from England. I stayed there from the 26th to 31st Dec 2024 with my 2 daughters. We were very pleased by the cleanliness and hospitality provided. Very peaceful environment. Everyone were very helpful and polite. The manager at the restaurant was absolutely brilliant, they made sure the guests were well catered. Miss Aurora came over to us during dinner and checked on us if we were doing alright. The entertainment was very good too. I had an amazing time at this place and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much.
