Horrendous hotel the cleanliness is appalling the room was full of bugs the air-con was flooding the room there was mould all over the bed room and in air con, my baby caught a skin infection and eye infection that needed treatment, family of 5 all ended up with DV and reading all the reviews no matter what date it was when replying to customer they have said the hotel was at 80% occupancy and not one person was reported ill well going by all the reviews that’s a lie as there is lots of people who have falling unwell the hotel is an absolute disgrace it’s needing closed down !!!!

We had a fabulous time on holiday here. We travelled with our two children age 12 and 13. They had great fun at the water park and with the team around the pool, they played water polo everyday and had loads of other things to do. The team are fantastic. The accommodation is adequate for the price and cleaned daily with fresh towels left. The food is of good variety and just what is expected for an all inclusive hotel in this price range. There is a hopper bus to the beach daily. No complaints from us at all, we've spent a fantastic ten days in the sunshine.

Currently here at paradise Island and having a great time with all our friends and family. The animation team have been awesome. Brando, Nahim & Julie are always giving us loads of fun in the day. Looking forward to the next week of our stay ☺️☺️

We had the best time . Thankyou to all the staff that made our family holiday so special. The hotel was immaculate . Food was amazing . But what made it what it was , was the entertainment team . My daughter loved martina and she made such a fuss of all of us . Always went above and beyond for everyone. Taught the kids dances . Brando was hilarious with my husband and was so competitive. We're going back next year hoping they will be there also . What a great team you all are . Thankyou for our memories xxxx

Do not go to this hotel if u are a Muslim, we came here as a family and expected a good experience some of the staff were great and the receptionist looked like she didn’t even want to work at the hotel, the food is literally horrible because all there is, is pork. There’s no good variety and looks like they cook up whatever they have that day.The rooms were horrible, our mirror had brown spots and our sink was filled with this yellowish stain or whatever we couldn’t even tell, it would not rub off when we even tried to clean it, there were and everywhere especially in our room we left out some biscuits on our table and was filled with ants. Good thing they storage bug spray. We came here and we did have high expectations for a 4 star but half of the things that are listed aren’t that much available or in use. The environment of English people make you feel so uncomfortable that you don’t even want to sit there or be near them. Entertainment was good but the Dino park was the best for my kids because that’s what they only enjoyed. Total scam, save ur money for somewhere else and always check reviews, the top of our shower head had MOLD!!! There was a stain right on the roof were my daughter had to sleep and the bathroom always smelt disgusting. Especially when we tried to clean it. The table was coming off and looked like the cleaners didn’t even care about properly cleaning our sheets. DO NOT COME HERE!
