Fue una excelente experiencia. Vivo en Cuba y reconozco el esfuerzo que realizan todos los trabajadores del Hotel para mantener un nivel de servicio capaz de satisfacer al más exigente de los clientes. De manera general me sentí muy bien. Un solo elemento, que no me gustó fue el acoso de cubanos luchadores en el área de la playa. Este elemento es muy desagradable y siembra inseguridad en los clientes del Hotel.

Cadre idyllique, plage magnifique, espaces communs propre et agréable. Personnels correct et agréable. Le buffet était plutôt bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix, plats chauds, aliments bon et de qualité. La chambre laisse un peu à désirer, pas hyper propre, le nettoyage était fait en surface mais pas en profondeur. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! ☺️

My wife and I stayed in this hotel from July 27 to August 3 and our experience was fabulous! The staff walk the extra mile to help you in anything you need, starting with the Hotel Director Raul Garcia, the PR Manager Sara Irarragorri and everyone in the place. Special thanks to the sous-chef Yusodni Valdes, who is a real cuisine artist, and to Yuneisy Valdes, who entertains you every day, day and night! I wrote a post in my social media that describe what means for us this amazing Cuban jewel: Memories Trinidad del Mar, the colonial town caressed by the waves of the Caribbean. Cobbled streets, colonial squares, endless corridors or portals, multicoloured buildings with soaring ceilings and red tiles. An almost exact replica of the centre of the city of Trinidad, in the province of Sancti Spiritus, Cuba, on the shore of the Caribbean Sea and next to Casilda Bay. The Memories Trinidad del Mar hotel is a true architectural gem that transports you half a century back in time, to the time of the Spanish colony, while you enjoy white sand beaches practically at the foot of the mountains of El Escambray, where the legendary Commander Che Guevara had his headquarters during the time of the Cuban revolution. Located on Ancón Beach, in the south-central area of the island, this hotel, which is just over 20 years old, is a unique tourist destination that combines beach, mountains and colonial architecture. During this low season (because the Canadian summer is low season in Cuba), the hotel offers promotions for Cubans who fill its facilities, mostly attracted by the sun, the sea and the white sand. But in the high season, that is, in the Canadian winter, every year increased guests came here not only for its beautiful beaches, but also for its perfect location for access to the most incredible country walks, and for its colonial architecture with a marked Spanish imprint. Amazing hotel, I went with my friends and we really loved it. Good staff, and rooms and formidable beach with the best sunset in Trinidad. I really recommend this hotel to enjoy with your family and friends. The service id unique and fabulous! I will come back

Hotel Memoria Trinidad del Mar I was surprised by the attitude of the director Raúl García during my recent stay. I was treated in a disrespectful and hostile manner simply for bringing my own grapefruit water to make fruit juice at the hotel restaurant. Although I explained that I only wanted to add my grapefruit water to the fruit, to ensure that I was drinking sea water, the manager got upset and told me that it was against hotel policy. I felt humiliated and mistreated when he yelled at me in front of other guests. Everything was with the restaurant full of guests. It is ridiculous that a hotel does not allow guests to bring their own grapefruit water to make a fruit juice. I wonder what kind of customer service this is. Although the Hotel Staff Was Friendly, the Manager's Attitude Ruined My Stay. I Would Not Recommend This Hotel To Anyone Until They Change Their Policy And Learn To Treat Guests With Respect

We went to this resort this time to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had an amazing time! The staff are wonderful….friendly, very attentive and fun to be around. The best things about the hotel: 1. The staff. Osmany, Public Relations Manager, Sara, Customer Service, Jorge, Manager of Entertainment, Idalmis and Viktor from the cigar bar, Odania, Rachel and José from the Lobby Bar, Ernesto from the Havana Club bar, the restaurant staff who served us everyday with friendly smiles. There are many more who deserve special thanks for making our stay so special. We are also very impressed with the hotel manager Raul who worked day and night in the interest of making improvements for the comfort of the guests. 2. The beach. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained…we’re sure the nicest on the South Shore of Cuba Things we found improved at the hotel: 1. The selection of rum. My husband is very particular about what he likes and was delighted with the 7 year old Havana Club rum. 2. The food in both the buffet restaurant and the a la carte restaurant upstairs. The service was good, there was a nice variety of foods to choose from. A highlight was our meal of pargo (snapper) Things that need improvement at the hotel: 1. The pool. Although the pool staff work very hard to keep the pool clean, it is in bad need of repair in places. In Summary: All in all it’s a great place to vacation. There is a double decker bus that takes guests into the historic city of Trinidad a number of times a day at a very reasonable cost….a must see.

The ride to the resort was a long one. We drove from Santa Clara to the resort. Luckily you won’t have to as they now land in Cienfuegos. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room. The staff is phenomenal, the bartenders, buffet staff are always helpful and smiling. While we were at the resort, it was not booked to capacity due to the low season. Having said that, it had everything we needed. Of course the sea was fabulous. We enjoyed snorkelling off the shore. There were always beds at the ocean, no need to run and save a spot. The atmosphere at the resort was very relaxing. We met some fellow Canadians, some lobster fishermen. We had so much fun with them and their wives. Unfortunately we were only there a week and we will definitely be back for longer next time. We took a day trip to Trinidad, a beautiful trek. The only things that I wish would have been different was that many of the staff didn’t have name tags. I felt that because we were only this here a week we really didn’t have enough time to really get to know them as much as we would have liked to. Oh and our fly day was Friday so we totally missed Cuban day. That is one of my favourite days at the resort. If you are looking for an out of the way relaxing gem with wonderful staff. With an A+ beach where you can snorkel or swim. This is the place for you. A note to all of the staff who took very good care of us, ensuring our holiday was a success. Great. It was a fantastic holiday, many options, full of variety. We enjoy the beach, lovely place for children. The cigar bar has a nice service and the drinks have a nice selection. The workers are very professionals . We loved the sunset at the beach. Thanks

Had a great time. Hotel staff was amazing. Beautiful beach and good food for Cuba. If you want a awesome resort, close to a real city in Cuba stay here. Rooms are just as shown, comfortable and clean. The drive from airport gives you the opportunity to see Cuban small towns and villages, I really enjoyed it.
