Apartment located in the center of Playa de Aro, 2 minutes from the main street and 5 minutes from the beach on foot.
Very central apartment but in a very quiet area where there is not all the hustle and bustle of the main street.
Free municipal parking just 200m from the building. Easy parking.
It has a double room with a double bed (trundle). Double wardrobe to store clothes, with drawer.
It has a double sofa bed in the dining room. An additional mattress is added to this to guarantee the comfort of the guests.
Fully equipped kitchen. Oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge ...
It has pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes ...
The dining room has a television, sofa and table with 4 chairs. You can go out to the terrace overlooking the community area from the dining room and the bedroom.
It has sheets for the beds. Towels are not available.
It has aluminum windows, air conditioning, heat pump.
The community area has a pin pon table, pool, barbecue, playground, hammocks available.
