GT Beach

It is not what you see on the internet, the photos do not show the reality of the hotel, very very precarious, basic, poorly lit... And the worst thing is, they do not answer emails, the service is pathetic... I couldn't sleep even one night... I do not recommend it.

Nice family hotel. Only bad point is that housekeeping is equal to nothing, they don t clean daily and change bedsheets after only 3 days. The pool is nice but closes at 08.00 pm. Easy parking in front of hotel. Restaurant is quite simple but a few main plates.

The only problem we had with the hotel for the first night of our recent trip to Crete was finding it on one of the three roads in Maleme running parallel to the shore. Some hotels etc had set up direction signs, but we didn't spot one for GT Beach. We might even have driven straight past if I hadn't see a pool & buildings which looked just like the website's picture. Our room was one of four in a single story block, and the closest to the car park, beach etc. Initially the size of the bed made it seem small, but the clever use of space for the shower, basin and toilet allowed us adequate room, certainly for one night. Minifridge and AC included. Other comments: There are recliners and umbrellas on the beach across the road; unfortunately we could only paddle, as the waves meant it was red-flagged. My wife enjoyed a dip in the pool. There is an outdoor bar area, with drinks available from a chiller cabinet via Reception. Breakfast is a buffet in the main building with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Altogether a good start to our holiday.

Highly recommend! Best quality customer Service, delicious breakfest, quiet place, clean, nice big pool I would definetly come back there with no doubts. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Best regards for all staff from polish people.

Albergo perfetto fuori ma camere terribili , sporche con mobili rotti televisione staccata perché sennò non era possibile usare il frigo , nonostante le continue lamentele in albergo ed all Alpitour non abbiamo ritrovato nessun riscontro… mandato foto su foto ma nulla …. Nn hanno mai passato la scopa sotto il letto … letto matrimoniale con due lenzuola singole … al mattino tiravano su il letto solo le lenzuola sopra … il bagno mai pulito , mobili sporchi di succo di frutta .. divano sporco con capelli vari e sotto tt rotto , balcone con sedie e tavoli sporchi ..

A parte Eden Viaggi che mi ha dirottato da altro albergo in questo... Il Gtbeach con tutta la comprensione per il personale che cerca di fare il massimo, ma non ne ha capacità. Ci sono ragazzini che lavorano. Il buffet è un disonore alla struttura, poco che a mezzo servizio era già finito. Pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni perchè secondo la direttrice mancava ersonale. Ho scoperto che viene spacciato per 4 stelle, ma in realtà sono 2.
