Hôtel Check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived at noon and received our room immediately, as it was already cleaned, rather than waiting until the standard 3 PM check-in time. This was a notable advantage. Room The spacious room was located on the quieter garden side, offering a partial sea view. Only twin beds are available, which can be arranged together or kept separate; no rooms feature double beds. The air conditioning functioned efficiently and was easy to program, an essential feature. The large bathroom included a spacious Italian shower, but the slippery surface poses a significant fall risk, especially for guests over 65. Additionally, the absence of a soap dispenser and shelving forces guests to place toiletries on the floor, making access inconvenient, particularly for elderly visitors. Premises The on-site restaurant operates from 12:30 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 21:00, offering a wide selection of Greek cuisine. The food was excellent and highly recommended for those wishing to explore local flavors. Standard options like pasta, spaghetti, and French fries are also available. All-Inclusive Package The package includes beer, soft drinks, and red, rosé, or white wine, but the beverage quality is subpar. Soft drinks, particularly cola, tasted flat and diluted, prompting my wife to purchase alternatives from a local store. However, the beer was satisfactory. Services Internet connectivity was poor, with a download speed of only 30 kbps, making streaming and online activities challenging. Frequent disconnections caused disruptions, especially for transactions or online gaming. Notably, the restaurant does not provide free Wi-Fi, requiring guests to pay for access. Sunbeds are limited and available only around the pool. Towel reservations before 9 AM are prohibited, as staff remove them, but they are allowed afterward. The beach in front of the hotel is narrow, and sunbeds are not included; renting two sunbeds and an umbrella costs €20 per day. A more affordable and well-organized beach may be a better alternative, particularly in remote areas. Bars A single bar serves soft drinks, beer, and cocktails. However, frappé coffee, a popular summer beverage, is excluded from the all-inclusive package, requiring an additional charge. This policy appears driven by profit rather than guest satisfaction. If known beforehand, it might have influenced our choice of accommodation. Decaffeinated coffee is unavailable, so guests requiring it should bring their own sachets or purchase a Nescafé decaf bottle to prepare their own.
