Nice friendly hotel. Great staff. Good food. Fab location. Plenty of beds but the hotel was quiet. I could imagine it could be busy July and August. Only 2 mins from the beach and a nice walk along it. The village was really nice too and on your door step 👍

Had a wonderful time here. We had a room in C block so one of the updated ones very large room modern bathroom and view over the smaller pool. I can understand some negative reviews if you are in older type room. The food was lovely loads of choice every day staff very attentive at meal times very clean and no waiting for food at any time. All the staff work so hard to keep it clean everywhere in the hotel. Entertainment staff are great and friendly work hard all day and night Well done to them. Rooms are cleaned everyday and water left in fridge if they miss you go and ask reception for water its all free. Went to crazy golf good fun and two brothers cocktail bar had great fun there the brothers are crazy 🤣 It's the only time we all went out has the hotel had some good entertainment on.The holiday is what you make it we went with two teenagers and a 3 year old and they all enjoyed it. Love to all at admiral 😘

Fantastic choice for our first hotel holiday. We were dubious as my son has learning disabilities whether we were making the right choice after always staying in villas to avoid the sensory overload and hustle and bustle. We stayed in block C which is the updated block. Room was brilliant 5 beds in total with a partitioning area to separate. Cleaned daily, beds re made by the staff and water replenished. Grab the milk sachets from the pool bar as that's the only thing they didn't restock but wasn't a issue. All the staff were welcoming, made the time to speak and get everyone involved. There are 2 pools which were freezing cold so the beach was a good option as the sea was warmer. That's the only reason I went for very good. The kids were freezing in there!!! Otherwise would have scored a excellent for me. The beach is not even 5 minutes from the hotel on foot some beautiful bars and restaurants down there and brilliant toilet and shower facilities. The food was good always choice and the was needed for my fussy daughter of 14 years old. My son loved it always fish on the buffet. It was his 16th birthday while we were there we didn't think to ask the hotel about a cake so had one made at the amazing cake shop near crazy golf. The staff presented this to him at tea with balloons and singing happy birthday it made his day. I feel it depends what block or room you request is where the difference of reviews comes in. We had no concerns with ours at all it was lovely overlooking the small pool. The 2 young ladies who were part of the entertainment team work tirelessly and do a fantastic job. There is a cut of time for the entertainment which was 11pm due to laws and legislation there. Which suits for families. Be prepared to be involved especially the Greek night brilliant fun. We went to the crazy golf, two brothers for cocktails (this is a must they were brilliant) also the water park. Definitely on a half day needed its not huge if tou go in the afternoon it's reduced price from 2.30. Weather was gorgeous last week of sept/beginning of October 27 degrees most days. Huge shout out to magda who works so hard tidying, helping on the snack bar and always has good conversation. For the football fans if you head down to the beach and leave the hotel site on the left is a large bar they have multiple screens think I counted 12 they are always playing a match and they do brilliant entertainment too ABBA, Rod Stewart. Everyone has their own experience here depending what you pay for. I would recommend C block as a stay for a family. Glad I didn't listen to the pinicky reviews others had posted we loved it here. Straight to the point. Not particularly happy with TUI. Absolutely had wool over our eyes with the room we stayed in. Our room looked nothing g like the one advertised on the pictures. I agree with another review, only block C has been upgraded. We were in block A, and definitely would not have booked the holiday if I knew what room I would be staying in for almost two weeks. I feel cheated, if not ripped off. Rooms are dated. Falling apart in some cases. Do not be fooled by the pictures from TUI. Trust me, you wont get one of those rooms. I think there are a handful of them. Photo attached is the view from our balcony. Absolute travesty of a view. It did say Garden View with Terrace on our booking with TUI, but again, they’ve had my pants down with that. Staff were good. Entertainment team were brilliant and work so hard. Pool area is small, noisy, but all ok and clean. Snacks were fine in the day. Food was good. Lots of choice and better than some all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Entertainment is good. Some all hotels in the area as they are on a carousel. All hotels in the area are linked in some way. Great location. Perfect In fact. We used the beach bar associated with the hotel a lot, called AbraCatabra (20% discount on all drinks, food, sunbeds). In all honestly, most things were just OK. We’ve been to Tsilivi before and love the place. So kind of went where we knew we would enjoy the holiday, so came back feeling satisfied. Huge downside was that the room was terrible, and this ruined it for me. TUI stitched us up. False advertising. Literally just been on their website again and no sign of the rooms 95% of people get. A sham from TUI!!

Hi brilliant hotel, good food, drinks are fine and room was great only let down was the pool, very small and kids going around swearing and chucking balls everywhere, also kids jumping in the pool at night which I find very dangerous, overall though really nice hotel
