**Terrible Experience with Bed Bugs and Unprofessional Management** I stayed at this hotel for my sister's wedding in Room 105, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I received bed bug bites from sitting on the red couch in our room. When I described the bites, which were in a clear line (a classic sign of bed bug bites), the owner dismissed my concern, claiming bed bugs don’t bite in a line and insisted they had to be from “buffalo gnats.” As a healthcare professional, I’m well aware of the difference, and this response was simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the owner not only refused to do anything about the situation but also had the audacity to bring up a call I made prior to the stay asking about a possible cancellation (I had considered switching to a friend’s AirBnB cabin due to last minute availability). She wrongly accused me of trying to cancel the reservation because I “couldn’t afford it”, which was extremely offensive, untrue, and unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying here. Not only did I leave with bed bug bites, but the owner’s unprofessional and condescending attitude made the experience even worse. This stay has caused me nothing but stress and discomfort.
