Very loud hotel because the walls and everyone slams their door. Didn’t sleep at all.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of staff. I appreciated them giving the kids and Easter egg at breakfast. My kids are 9 and 7 and we’re excited! Rooms were a little out dated, tv was slow to change channels, and screen door was hard to open for the balcony. Overall great stay! Very close to the beach! Great views!! We enjoyed them!!! We will be back.

This hotel is nice place to stay because the price is reasonable, the place is clean, and it is near downtown and pier

The location is great, only a short walk to the downtown area and the pier. Our partial view is the ocean was beautiful and I enjoyed looking out the window. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit lumpy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic, just individual brown paper bags containing a few muffins and granola bars but some fresh fruit is available. Fresh coffee was available all day. I would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the view of the ocean from my room. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening.

It was a great location right next to beach and all the shops and restaurants. The room was big clean and comfortable. Even gave out cookies. The staff was great

My room had no hot water, so we couldn’t use the pool or go to the beach with fear that we couldn’t shower.

My issue with this hotel was that a large group of guys, about 18, came in on motorcycles (I have nothing against bikers, my boyfriend rides) and basically took over the parking lot. They were making a lot of noise, yelling, playing music, starting up their bikes, revving the engines, drinking, doing burnouts. This went on all day long and into the evening. The hotel has a zero noise tolerance policy, but did nothing about this. We were allowed to check out a day early, I asked to check out 2 days early under the circumstances, but was told no because it was a few hours after the 24 hours notice. We had an 4 night reservation. Other than this, the hotel is dated, but it was clean. We had a nice view of the ocean from our window looking out sideways. The mattress was okay, a little hard, but the pillows were not good. The water pressure was low. I would have found it okay for a couple nights. I knew it was an inexpensive motel, but it had good reviews. It is right next to the beach which was nice. The first morning we went to get our grab and go breakfast and there was nothing left. I was told we should have asked for it. The hotel does text you to ask how everything is and you can communicate with them that way which was convenient.

It was an amazing day and a half. The weather was perfect, and our room was perfect also!!! We love the Edgewater hotel.

The location is convenient. The staff is helpful and professional. There is a lot of noise from parking lot and street. The breakfast is a paper sack with muffins. It took a while to get checked in because of some mix up. It is close to ocean but not on the beach. Noise from next room was easy to hear. Room is clean and in good condition. Bed is comfortable.

Poor follow up on our room availability. They never did call us when it was ready as they indicated. We didn’t have hot water in the morning, so i had to take a cold shower. That was no fun.
