Hotel Pyriá

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special shoutout to Andreas, the hotel manager, as well as Johanna and Nico at reception – they were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-minded. The pools were fantastic, offering a perfect place to relax. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, ideal for a restful vacation. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, which made dining out super convenient. We rented scooters to visit the beach and the main city, both of which are close by and easy to reach. Sending our warmest greetings from Denmark – Panni and Kasper. A solid 5-star rating for a 4-star hotel. We will definitely be back!

Hotel pyria has been one of the greatest hotel experiences of my life. Rooms, restaurant and open areas are beautiful, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Staff/service: 5/5 stars - I've never experienced so good and high customer service in any countries before. The staff is really sweet and helpful - gave us good tips about what we should experience and where we could get the best traditional Greek food. Everything we asked for got solved in less than an hour. Food: 4/5 stars - really good food. Decent variety, although the bread was a little dry and blend, and some melon would had been nice too. But everything they served was good. Room: 4/5 stars - rooms are beautiful, and cleaned everyday, very high standard. Only reason for 4 stars is we had two single beds and both had wheels under them, so I couldn't relax sitting up, because the bed would glide. We told the staff tho, and 2 hours later they came with 2 wooden pieces we could but underneath the wheels - it didn't work, but still fantastic service. Cleaning: 5/5 stars - the staff is constantly cleaning the floors, glass windows at pool and all open areas. Everything looks amazing and clean. We thought the fact that you can't flosh you toilet paper would be a big problem, but not at a single point was it a problem. Total will be a 4.5 stars and I would STRONGLY recommend hotel pyria to anyone. It is by far the best looking hotel that we have seen in our 7 days in crete. For sure not our last visit.

We had such a good time here! The owner and workers are so nice and the service is great. If you need anything, they will help you out. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. There are also easy buttons on the walls for how you want to have the lights or to show if you want them to make your room with a light outside your door. The food is also amazing and freshly made. There are so many places so sit/lay down and the view is pretty too. We talked to the manager almost everyday and he’s very involved and welcoming (the picture is us with the manager). The village around is also very nice and there are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. If you do want to go to the beach or further away then the people at the front desk will call a taxi for you and you can call them when you want to go back. I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience here and I would love to come back one day!

This is one of the best hotels you can stay. It reasonable but what really struck me is the team. From the manager to the least staff are all welcoming. If I can put it in one word staying in hotel Pyria is like you're HOME. I'll definitely advise if you're looking for a warm luxurious hotel to stay, Then Pyria is one to consider in Crete

Great hotel with great staff, everyone was very friendly and super helpfull. The hotel was also very well kept and cleaned daily. Also the breakfast was delicious, we had a lot of options to choose from. Everyone had something that they liked :) overall we had a great stay!

Hotel Pyriá went anice and beyond my expectations! Our first couples holiday was more than I could have imagined, the resort itself is stunning, the food and drinks are 10/10 and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! We had a double room with access to a private pool which I would recommend! When we wanted to leave the resort to go explore all we needed to do was book a taxi from reception and it was there within minutes! We will definitely be returning to Hotel Pryiá!

Fantastic hotel on a great location. Facilities: First of the rooms are very clean and spacious, with everything you need. 3 pools are more than enough for the people present so you always have a sunbed. Food is amazing and varies every day (only had breakfast). Food at the pool for lunch also very delicious. On top of that, if you need anything the staff will help you. Everybody is very kind and friendly! Overall the hotel is very luxurious. Location: Right between Koutouloufari and Chersonissos old town. Both beautiful towns with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. All in all a great hotel. If you want to feel at home away from home, Pyria Hotel is the way to go!

My family and I visited Hotel Pyriá to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and what an amazing stay! Andreas, Despina and the whole team went above and beyond to make it a memorable week. We received a warm welcome upon arrival by reception despite it being a very late and antisocial hour! Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very modern and clean, as are the pools. Both the breakfast and dinner was delicious and always prepared fresh, we especially enjoyed the BBQ and Cretan food evenings. Great cocktails and drinks bought to you poolside! The staff were lovely, very amenable to all our requests. Our flight home was late but reception held our luggage so we were still able to enjoy a full day of relaxation and use of the bar and pool after check out. Such a peaceful and relaxing week. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay really special, we will definitely be back!
