nice and quite hotel. perfect for relaxing. in the very small town down the streets you have lots of options for eating out. Hotel does nice "theme" evenings with very good quality food and chill athmospere. 3 pools, so gives you options of where you want to sit.

Beautiful brand-new hotel with great service and an awesome location. Shops and restaurants nearby. Calm and peaceful pool areas with restaurant and a bar. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Spent a week here in October and loved it!

My girlfriends and I first holiday together and Hotel Pyria did not let us down! Along with being super clean, not a speck insight, the room and hotel was really nice and modern with a bunch of friendly staff. Around the pool in the daytime it was very peaceful and relaxing with no one reserving sun-beds with towels which meant no rushed mornings for us. Breakfast was great and lots of option however the buffet dinners had slightly less choice, if you feel the same way it’s absolutely fine as there is multiple restaurants in walking distance. Would love to go back!

My mum and I have had the most amazing stay! The staff are so lovely and helpful. It is in an amazing location with restaurant just down the road and the closest town is bustling just 20 minute walk away, also if you travel around 20 minutes by taxi you come to a gorgeous beach. It’s so peaceful and the 3 pools are all gorgeous. It’s only been recently built and has beautiful decor and design. I have allergies to milk and egg and the bar has a variety of milks to choose from (the ice coffees are amazing!). The only thing I would suggest is if soy milk could be served at breakfast. We had a beautiful few days here and would really recommend staying here if you’re coming to Crete, it is also only a 25 min drive from the airport!! Hopefully you enjoy your stay as much as us!

Hotel pyria has been one of the greatest hotel experiences of my life. Rooms, restaurant and open areas are beautiful, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Staff/service: 5/5 stars - I've never experienced so good and high customer service in any countries before. The staff is really sweet and helpful - gave us good tips about what we should experience and where we could get the best traditional Greek food. Everything we asked for got solved in less than an hour. Food: 4/5 stars - really good food. Decent variety, although the bread was a little dry and blend, and some melon would had been nice too. But everything they served was good. Room: 4/5 stars - rooms are beautiful, and cleaned everyday, very high standard. Only reason for 4 stars is we had two single beds and both had wheels under them, so I couldn't relax sitting up, because the bed would glide. We told the staff tho, and 2 hours later they came with 2 wooden pieces we could but underneath the wheels - it didn't work, but still fantastic service. Cleaning: 5/5 stars - the staff is constantly cleaning the floors, glass windows at pool and all open areas. Everything looks amazing and clean. We thought the fact that you can't flosh you toilet paper would be a big problem, but not at a single point was it a problem. Total will be a 4.5 stars and I would STRONGLY recommend hotel pyria to anyone. It is by far the best looking hotel that we have seen in our 7 days in crete. For sure not our last visit.

We had such a good time here! The owner and workers are so nice and the service is great. If you need anything, they will help you out. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. There are also easy buttons on the walls for how you want to have the lights or to show if you want them to make your room with a light outside your door. The food is also amazing and freshly made. There are so many places so sit/lay down and the view is pretty too. We talked to the manager almost everyday and he’s very involved and welcoming (the picture is us with the manager). The village around is also very nice and there are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. If you do want to go to the beach or further away then the people at the front desk will call a taxi for you and you can call them when you want to go back. I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience here and I would love to come back one day!
