Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff were okay. Room was very dirty I found a dead spider in the bed upon arrival. We found a flea on our last night and we were covered in bites. It’s very close to the tower and a very handy location but it’s only good for sleeping and that’s if you don’t mind getting eaten by fleas. Toilet didn’t feel clean. There was no fresh toilet paper put in just leftover from previous guest. There was dirt on the floor under the window. Just not a great experience

Friendly professional staff . Good location. Luigi was very helpful. We wanted some coffee cups plus wine glasses to the room he went to get them with no hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and only 5 minutes walk away from the tower of pisa. Hotel restaurant is top notch.

Nice place and it's just near the Pisa tower, good value for money as well. And many restaurant that you can choose for near the area, their food is authentic and delicious and for sure you will ask for some more. Our vist was so good and we really enjoy.

As stated in other reviews the hotel is pretty basic. However it is clearly rated as 2 star and is not trying to deceive. The room and beds were clean and comfortable enough. The air conditioning was very good. There was a large bath towel for each person. The hand and bidet towels in the bathroom were tea towel material. Perfectly adequate and we had no issues. Despite reports that there were no power sockets, we had one each beside the beds and there were a further two beside the desk. No problem charging phones and the wifi was fine. The hotel is very well located. It took about 15/20 mins to walk to the Pisa Centrale train station. £38 euros for 2 adult returns to Florence an hour journey if you catch the quick train. About 30 mins to Lucca. A 5 minute walk from the hotel and you are at the Tower. It was extremely busy during the day. Each evening after dinner we walked the few minutes to the Tower. Lovely - still a buzz about it but much quieter. The hotel restaurant had good pizza. The street behind is pedestrianised and there are loads of eateries. We enjoyed our stay. Not luxury but we felt comfortable and safe. What more can you ask.

Nice small hotel. Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Only 5 min walk to Pisa, 15 min walk from Pisa centrale train staition. Perfect location for sight seeing. Reasonable menu prices, food was very nice. Good restaurant in the the Pisa location I recommend bistro pecorino. Train to Florence is approving £15 a return, highly recommended. Lovely courtyard to sit and have your morning coffee.

I am a little baffled by some of the great reviews on here. There are either two hotels with the same name in the city or the place has two different style rooms for people to give full marks. My review is genuine and honest based on our experience with room 113. I booked this place based on the reviews and pictures shared by the hotel. Unfortunately they are somewhat misleading. First things first, I have so much to say but will keep it brief…I have also already shared my feedback with the lady at reception during check-out. We only stayed one night. I’m a strong believer that feedback should always be shared with the place you’re staying in first before taking to the keyboard. Now…my review: Throughout my years of traveling, I’ve seen some better hostels than this 2 star “hotel”. It is not a hotel, full stop. The building itself shows so much potential and history but unfortunately the owners have not renovated or upgraded the place in what seems like 30+ years. I paid €190 for one night stay and it did not feel like a genuine booking. Based on my experience, no more than €50 should be charged. The room was below basic with just a bed and a tv that held a few Italian channels. The furniture, floor tiles and wall paint had serious wear and tear. The bathroom hand towels were, what looked like, kitchen towels and the bedroom duvet did not appear fresh and clean. The toilet smelled of what I would imagine a sewage plant smelled on the inside. There is a serious need to upgrade their plumbing. It’s a concerning health and safety matter! It was beyond disgusting and I had to decide to not use the shower or use the sink water in fear of unclean water due to their plumbing issue. I used my own bought bottle water. I had to hold my nose while using the toilet as the stench was unbearable. The garden was also not accessible. It was closed off which means, apart from your room, you had nothing. When I gave the feedback to the lady, she became defensive but did not appear surprised. My invitation to come upstairs and smell the horrendous plumbing/ toilet, was declined twice. She did say that they’re planning to renovate later this year…it remains to be seen if this is true. I hope they do because, as mentioned at the start, the building itself has so much potential. Overall, would not stay here again, I felt ripped off with €190 price tag and the poor state of the accommodation. Pisa has many places, you have choices.

Everything was perfect. The owner and his wife are extremely welcoming and enthusiastic. The hotel’s restaurant captured all the essential flavors of the Tuscan region; you really shouldn’t leave Pisa without coming here. The vibes of the outdoor area are immaculate and it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Great location to the leaning tower of Pisa. Friendly staff. The rooms could do with some TLC, I have to say it was one of the worst mattresses we have stayed on, very hard, could feel the springs and uncomfortable which unfortunately affected our sleep. For the price of one night i felt breakfast could of been included. It is noisy at night with noise coming from outside and other guests coming in to their room.

Our flight was cancelled from pisa . By easyjet again, so we had to find accommodation, and Alliash was amazing. This hotel is amazing. But it doesn’t stop there, the restaurant is probably Michelan star one. If you can believe me. I’ve eaten in lesser places in San Sebastián. The food place to eat.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and chose it based on location and price. You can't get a better location - Pisa is really quite small but it's so close to the tower but not too close that you hear all the tourists. The room itself was basic but clean and enough for what we needed. There was only one working plug which wasn't great when we had multiple devices to charge daily as well as a Mosquito repellent plug in which was provided by the hotel. The bathroom was clean but could do with a refurbishment and a bigger shower ideally (my husband kept knocking the control when moving). The staff were amazing though, really lovely and the restaurant on site was beautiful. The food was great and we stopped every night for a drink. Seemed it was popular with locals too. Check in is at 2pm (not advertised on ***********) and reception is open 8:30am-11pm and not 24 hours. Only down side to this is that we booked a taxi through reception when we checked out but it didn't arrive and no one there to ring to check on it. Only a 10 minute/ 10 euro taxi from the airport.
