Boutique Hotel Diana

I booked this hotel for a 5 night break for snowboarding. Based on the reviews I thought it seemed like a good bet for a decent stay. But it was so much more than that. The hotel itself was in the perfect location for getting to the lifts up the mountain, there’s a good little super market just down the road and a pharmacy etc within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and of a reasonable size, there’s also a great spa area free to use and a boot/board/ski room downstairs with lockers to keep your things. I also enjoyed 2 massages while we were there. The food has to be a highlight for this hotel. 4 course dinners and a great salad and dessert buffet, the menu changed daily and the staff were happy to adapt the menu for vegetarians too. The food was such incredible quality we didn’t want to go anywhere else. All in all, the perfect stay - huge thanks to all the staff there. We will be back for sure!

This hotel is the one of the best if not the best hotel we have ever stayed in whilst skiing and I have quite high expectations. We had the warmest of welcomes from the owner - with coffee and pastries and a totally unexpected upgrade (don't expect that we just got lucky). The room was amazing overlooking the Night Slalom run and it was spotless with plenty of storage (I can't imagine any of the rooms are bad). Housekeeping did a sterling job of keeping our room clean and tidy. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and the service was faultless. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with everything you could wish for and the choice of evening meal was great and absolutely delicious night after night with a good choice of wines. The wellness area was lovely with a good size hot tub overlooking the slope. The ski and boot room was very useful and a short walk over the road gets you to the slopes where you can either get the chair up or ski over to the 5 Laghi Gondola (this is the easier option we felt). The bar and lounge area were perfect to relax in the evening. It is with a heavy heart that I give such a fabulous review as I know it will make it all the harder to book in the future as more and more people discover this gem of a hotel. We will return to Madonna Di Campiglio for sure and will most certainly stay in the Boutique Hotel Diana when we do.

Our family ski trip to this Madonna di Campiglio hotel was transformed into an unforgettable experience thanks to the exceptional warmth and friendliness of the owners and their staff. Welcoming us and our two young children, aged 4 and 6, they made us feel more than guests—we felt like part of their extended family. The hotel itself is a testament to beauty and comfort, with its stunning interiors and our spacious attic junior suite providing the perfect sanctuary for our family of four. The dedication to guest comfort was evident in every detail, ensuring a stay that was as luxurious as it was homely. Meal times were a highlight, with breakfast and dinner serving up a variety of delicious, high-quality options that catered to all our tastes. Each meal was a joy, energizing us for the slopes and comforting us in the evenings. During our stay, we met and spoke with many guests who have been returning to this hotel for 5 or even 8 years in a row. Their stories and loyalty to the hotel added another layer of assurance and warmth to our experience, showcasing the deep connection and satisfaction guests have with this place. However, it was the owners’ warmth and friendliness that truly set this experience apart. Their genuine care and attention made our stay incredibly special. Coupled with superb hospitality, delightful food, luxurious accommodations, and the relaxing spa, this hotel has etched itself into our hearts. Like many before us, we’re already dreaming of our return.

Location: Convenient at heart of hamlet. Slope to gondola across street. Ski hire 50m up one street, supermarket 50m down same street. Lift ticket office is 100m down the street, and is also location of gondola. This can be skied to from across the street. Other gondola is 50m on same side of street. Service: Ski locket and drying room in basement. Excellent restaurant. We booked half board and choice for breakfast is great, and dinner is top class, worthy of 5 star restaurant. Manager and all staff very extremely friendly and smiling, and really makes one feel welcomed. Manager went above and beyond when Mrs injured herself on slope, organising to personally pick her up from base of mountain. All staff expressed concern and offered help (ice, assistance etc) whenever they saw Mrs limping. This is a level of service I sincerely appreciate and cannot be grateful enough.

100% perfect in any way. If you want to visit the perfect hotel then you need to visit hotel Diana. There is something that makes this hotel the best I have visited around the world. This something is I think the passion of the owners for their business and how much the care about their guests. The interior is similar to sky hotel we have stayed at, but little bit nicer and cleaner. The beds are similar to many hotel beds I have tried but little bit nicer and cleaner. Hotel Diana has two secrets, the owners as I already described, one of a kind hosts. The biggest secret is the food at Hotel Diana. If it is not GOD him self that is in the kitchen cooking the food then it is his son. The food at hotel Diana is from heaven in every way. You need to stay at hotel Diana if you are going to Madonna. Best there is :)
