Pro + It is a new and beautiful place to stay. + Very kind, friendly and polite staff. + Spacious bathroom. + When leaving early the taxi driver can pick you up in front of the hotel. Cons — The hotel is too expensive. — Not a smoke free hotel. There was even smoke inside the lobby and the second night it was all over our room too (airconditioning?). — The first night we tried the dinner, but it was not good. They have photos of the food, but it doesn’t match with what you get. We ordered salmon sushi and got FROZEN sushi instead which was obviously not eatable. — When we asked for a tea on the terrace we were charged 48 Yuan per person which is way too expensive. — The bedroom is a bit too small and has the same size as the bathroom.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the old town. Graciously combine old building architecture with luxurious modern amenities. Highly recommended when staying in PingYao

房間面積四五十平在古城裡很寬敞了。裝修真材實料，房間擺設細節也很多，總體比較有品質感。床很大很舒服。而且我們因為孩子已經分床了，還把沙發鋪成了小床。大家休息得都很好。衞生間很大，大浴缸也很乾凈，我們每天都泡了一會兒。 酒店處處都是別緻舒適的座位，造景細節也很多，感覺分分鐘都能悠閑的坐一會兒。度假氛圍濃厚。 位置在縣衙門口，去南大街也衹需要幾分鐘，去南門登城牆也衹需要幾分鐘。遊玩方便，還鬧中取靜。 服務很好。工作人員的狀態讓人舒服，熱情又鬆弛，看得出管理風格不錯。帶着孩子，也主動給了小童用品。每天送的水果也是新鮮、豐富，十分有誠意。 最後一天晚上，因為從身份證上看到當天是我生日，在我們遊玩回來後，酒店還送來了愛心小蛋糕和精心拉花的酸奶，還有酒店自用的洗護套裝作生日禮物，給了我一個暖心的驚喜。 總體上我沒選錯酒店，孩子一上車就哭了，捨不得走…… 但為了讓酒店百尺竿頭再進一步，成為同等價位酒店的不二之選，希望還能提升一些細節：1 毛巾有點硬有點黃，跟其他設施檔次不太匹配。解決這個問題應該不太難。2 早餐兩天一模一樣。廚師該多花些心思了。3 浴缸很大，水量太小。每次要放二三十分鐘……

1、一個約束員工制度被員工活生生的套用到客人身上，我們一行6人並加5件大行李是10月2號的中午飛機，10月1號晚上和前台溝通約10月2號早晨8:30要出門剛好一輛車坐滿去停車場即可，而前台立馬拿出她們內部資料告訴我們酒店只有9:00的車，並沒有給客人一個解決方案。 2、酒店推薦的導遊服務態度可以，遺憾的是專業知識不紮實。 3、二樓的魚池的水腥味太重。 總結一個想做好酒店的團隊，但是有地方國資加持下，制度複雜壓縮了一線工作人員的靈活性，是一大敗筆，造成入住體驗感不是很友好。

在平遙古鎮是當之無愧最好的酒店，設施很新，服務很好。房間也很大（特別對於古城而言），位置就在縣衙門旁邊，附近還有警察局，衞生所，感覺很是安心😌對面有兩家超棒的咖啡館，古城top 2👍👍 最後還值得一提的是進出城很方便，去了你就懂了～
