衞生：整體非常乾淨，電腦設備也乾淨，而且有耳機套和濕巾。但是建議房間內配酒精噴霧。
服務：服務很好，可以加換加微信有需要聯繫很方便，去的時候早上五點多了前台工作人員衣冠整潔態度良好。走的時候衣服落在房間裏了前台還用袋子幫忙裝起來。每次回去前台都會打招呼。服務態度很好，祝貴酒店生意興旺。

The room has good sound insulation. The breakfast quality is good. The chef is very careful. The soup powder is bone soup. It is light and nutritious. You can adjust the taste again. For example, I added pickles and beans, which is very delicious. The salted duck eggs are the best I have ever eaten. Not bad, praise 👍 The front desk manager and the reservation staff are very enthusiastic. I helped recommend Ponan Ancient Street and went to eat delicious meat Yan and shrimp Yan. AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Wanquan Resort Hotel, which was an unforgettable experience! The garden inside the hotel is beautiful, with a lake view, lots of green plants and good air. In the morning, you can see a beautiful sunrise! The room is spacious and comfortable, with modern and elegant decoration. The bed is especially soft, which ensures a good sleep every night. The hotel service is impeccable, and the butler service is very good, especially the YY butler, who gave me welcome fruit and took me to the room. The staff is warm and friendly, always smiling, which makes people feel warm. In general, this is a highly recommended hotel.

Facilities: The light switch is broken and cannot be turned off. It has been on all night and I cannot sleep. The curtains have fallen down and no one has repaired them. I am really impressed. The automatic curtains are broken and need to be pulled manually. The automatic toilet flushing is too stressful. *One thing, is there no one in the hotel to maintain, inspect and repair these things? Isn’t it true that the cleaning is not reported?
Service: I basically go back and stay once a week, but this facility is getting more and more disappointing
