Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

The room is clean, well-equipped, and of sufficient size. They also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of biscuits, candies, tea bags, and coffee. It was an impeccable accommodation experience and a perfect vacation. If I come to South Bay again, I will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Amanda Hotel is Awesome! We enjoy swimming in the pool area,our room is comfy,the food is delicious ,they have these moroccan style outfit for rent that gives highlight to the hotel and it was very entertaining though, i think they just need to add some clothes or a bit repair is needed but overall i would say it worth the penny.and thanks to the very accomodating staff! They did great🙌💚

The bathtub is very good, with sufficient water pressure and quick draining. The breakfast is simple and is freshly prepared by the owner, Sister Hong, which is very thoughtful. The location is also very convenient because it is right between Hengchun and Kenting. I asked about the motorcycle rental service, but the shop kept saying that they couldn't rent with my international license. Finally, I went to the aunt at ”Haizhijia” next door and successfully rented a motorcycle for a day. Fortunately, it didn't affect my original itinerary. Thank you Sister Hong for your help. The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, so I just turned it off at night and slept with the window open and the fan on the lowest setting. The weather now is not very hot and acceptable, but it is hard to say if it is summer season. In addition, there is a small shop next to it called ”Shiyi”, the food there is very delicious. I would like to recommend where you can have a meal. You can google it for detailed reviews.

This time I chose a sea view room. It was so beautiful. When I was taking a bath and playing in the water, I could see the jet skis pulling the banana boats swimming around in the sea. I could see them flipping over the banana boats at any time. I stayed here so close. Not far from Kenting Main Street and very close to the beach, it is worth recommending😊😊😊👍👍👍

The bed is good and sleeps well. The hot water will come out slowly, but the water volume is also very large after coming out, the bathtub is quite large, and the water release speed is also very fast. A self-service kitchen is also convenient. The single-family accommodation area can also wash cars. The air conditioner is strong enough. Overall, it is very suitable for group ＆ parent-child guests. Will visit again (Unfortunately, the opposite 7-11 received it)

The room is very big, the boss is very good, take the initiative to send us to Hengchun, have a good time to pick us up, breakfast is different every day, everyone is very enthusiastic, leaving the store to send us to the next stop, very good boss There are mosquitoes in the evening, and the interior is fine.

Breakfast is ok, it is a reasonable combination of nutrition. I went with my son and lived on the second floor of the villa. The room decoration is quite distinctive, but the sanitation is average. The hotel is not far from Kenting Main Street, we also called a taxi when we went out. My son and I are still very satisfied with this hotel. The environment is great, the environment is quiet, there are not many people, there is a farm, and I get up in the morning to get in touch with the small animals. It is very recommended for family travel.

If your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her. Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.
