Grecotel LUXME White

Absolutely amazing. We absolutely adore The Grecotel hotels. We had the most amazing room I could not fault the cleanliness of the whole resort. The food was sensational. From the chocolates to the crepes to the sushi and traditional dishes. The customer service was 5 star. We are now booking another Grecotel to experience the 5star service all over again. A few of my work team have already returned after us shouting about it for months.

Our first stay at Grecotel LUXME White was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire atmosphere was relaxing and full of charm — everything we hoped for and more! Thank you for an amazing experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Having got married at the hotel last year we decided to return to the hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary. Last year we had a seafront villa and the wedding ceremony dinner and service generally was exceptional. Expectations were very high this year and we were not disappointed. We once again had a seafront villa and the room was excellent. The pool was even heated for us. We were very well looked after and the service provided to us was excellent. We have been to a lot of 5 star hotels but the service provided here was the most efficient by far. The restaurant food was of a very high standard (we even had an anniversary cake presented to us at the white restaurant which was a wonderful surprise) and the staff are very hardworking and personable. We are in particular very grateful to Dimitra Xiridi. She planned and organised our wedding last year and also looked after us again this year. Dimitra is an absolute gem and a real asset to the hotel. We will certainly be returning to White Palace again in the not too distant future!

A fantastic resort with super staff throughout. No shortage of selection in the buffet. Absolutely should do the farm. Biggest shout out to georgio and marigianno at the beach bar, super attentive and friendly cannot do enough for you. This is our second visit and will no doubt return again. Lovely gift bag from the hotel on leaving which had reiki, chamomile tea and honey in, lovely gesture thank you. The staff throught the hotel work tirelessly, the cleanliness is amazing.

The LuxME concept truly delivers — from gourmet dining at multiple restaurants to the all-day premium drinks and snacks, everything felt curated and luxurious. What really set this stay apart was the staff — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was at the pool, beach, or restaurants, service was consistently outstanding. We especially loved the beachfront location, with crystal-clear waters and plenty of space to relax. The atmosphere was serene yet family-friendly, and the resort struck a perfect balance between elegance and laid-back Greek charm. If you're looking for a high-end escape in Crete, I can't recommend Grecotel LuxME White enough. It was an unforgettable experience — we’ll definitely be back!
