Am average hotel at a location with a lot of traffic. Pool is cold, so don't expect a good swimming experience. The slide is functional though. Overall a good place to stay.

ROACHES….. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We were in one of their Deluxe double queen “suites” room #301 (19 OCT 2024) First of all I HATE leaving negative reviews……. But this one deserves it in a big way….. We booked a trip here due to my 5 and 2 year old being obsessed with water slides/pools. Called ahead to ensure the pool was open and heated, I was assured it was so we booked. Upon arrival another guest told us the pool couldn’t be swam in. We checked the pool ourselves and it was FREEZING….. the guy behind the desk rudely told us the pool heater was broken, but for us to not cancel our stay because he had put in a work order and it would be fixed within a day or two… so we stayed. After enduring two nights of multiple roaches in our room (brought up to the front desk and they did NOTHING) and a very dirty establishment we checked again with someone different to get an update about the pool because it was still literally too cold to swim, we were told due to “new management” the pool heaters don’t get turned on until winter……. When I told her the other old guy said he had put in a work order because it was broke she told me that “that old guy is kind of out of the loop of everything going on, sorry” which means he flat out lied to get us to stay….. She agreed that he had lied and literally did nothing ……. When I brought up the roaches again and showed her videos and pictures, she stated “yeah that’s crazy” and that’s it!!!! Didn’t offer to have a cleaning crew come clean them up, or to give us a different room, just said “yeah that’s crazy”……..When I asked her for a managers number she claimed that they had zero phone numbers for them, she didn’t know how to get ahold of them. We had to cancel the rest of our trip and leave. LISTEN TO ALL OF THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS AND DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE. STAINS ON THE SHEETS, TERRIBLE SMELL, VERY DIRTY ESTABLISHMENT.

This is the most outdated run-down Hotel we've ever stayed in save yourself the trouble find another place if you don't believe me just drive around the building and look they also have smoking stations outside of every room so if you don't smoke you might want to steer clear

The only thing good about our stay was the price! Next time I’d pay triple to stay somewhere else. We had a rest day and chose to let our kids swim….the pool area is so nasty, mildew on the chairs, walls and even the floor. We stayed all but about 30 mins in there! The room itself was sort of clean but could have been better. The door to the bathroom had junk caked up all over it. It was either hot or cold in the room and it made us all so stuffy especially my baby, he is now on medicine to try to clear it up (he was the closest sleeping next to the vent) checkout was 11 however my husband went down at 10 to load the car and when he came back up at 10:10 they already had our keys cut off so thankfully I was still in the room to let him in. There was nothing to put our clothes in as far as a dresser, not table and chairs for seating. This place is really sad bc it could be super nice if they would take care of it properly! I used to stay here as a child when my parents would take us and it used to be the most fun place so I was definitely let down for my kids :(

The beds were very comfortable and we liked the blackout curtains. The pool was nice but be careful because my husband fell beside the indoor pool and he was just walking. The outdoor slide is very very quick!

It was a nice hotel with nice room's. It has two pools with water slides. Very fun for the whole family. The only thing I would change was the clean ness of the pool and the fact that neither pool is heated. The water was extremely cold. All in al it was fun though.

We booked last minute and this was really the only option we had left for July 4th. I was.pretty scared due to the reviews I had read. We arrive Sunday. Our rooms toilet had overflowed. Everywhere. So the young kid upgraded us to a suite. Sweet right!!!? We weren't charged extra for the upgrade... HOWEVER we weren't told it was only for one night because if we were I would have left the room for checkout and went back into a 2 queen bed room. Well we spent all day at Dollywood and didn't have our phones... this hotel cxl our original stay and then tried to charge us 339 a night for the suite. So no. No thanks. At that point we hadn't gotten our refund... we didn't have any extra cash and our original room was cxl so now we had no money and nowhere to go. The front desk girl was pretty rude. My husband was loud but she was overwhelming rude in my opinion. I am so disappointed and when I asked friends who worked in the hotel industry they all agreed this hotel has poor practices. I will say... despite the reviews... I found the hotel to be older.. yes. But overall clean. No bugs. Pool was pretty good. I mean... it was ok to sleep in but beware of their practices and they lie to you. Will not stay here again and the chunky blonde desk employee needs a new line of work. Especially if you can't handle people. I'm not saying my husband was easy to deal with but she did not handle it well and when I tried to take over she yelled at me !!! And I'm more laid back and calm !!!!!

We booked 2 rooms here just after Christmas. All other facilities were either booked or harging 4 times tge usual rates. The price looked good and the pictures online looked great. This is an old upgraded somewhat motel. It needs more work. In one of our rooms there was a live roach in the refrigerator which we killed. Tge coat rack was falling off the wall in the same room. The heaters in both bathrooms were broke. There are no chairs at all in either room. No desk. Either sit on the bed or the floor. No place to set your luggage down except on the floor. The shower curtain was falling apart in one room. The pool was ice cold and was not heated. The water in the pool was cloudy and looked dirty. There is a coffee machine and a candy machine but no breakfast at all. I have stayed in mant places at Pigeon Forge over the years and this one ranks at the bottom. I talked to others staying there and they were not happy either. Also yhe WiFI was so weak we gave up trying to connect.
