Private: terraced garden, 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra). 1 km long narrow motor access. An authentic Italian holiday home. Wonderfully quiet place to enjoy the Tuscan hospitality with family. Nice area, close to the village of montecatini alto. Nice owners who help with questions.
