Very poor service And managers don’t care No safety measures in place In the ladies toilets I cut my finger on a sharp edge on a door which shouldn’t be there. I don’t know how it passed safety I asked to speak to manager and no one has come I told one of the staff members it’s really hurting and need to see nurse…. Nothing again Yesterday I went out for walk in the evening. Earlier in day I had informed guest relations k wanted water in room. When I got back no water. I went to reception and was told they are busy with large group check in. Then was told they have VIP guests arriving. The left me sitting 20 minutes in reception after having been out in the hot weather and having walked for one hour. This morning I went for breakfast and when asked for fresh fruit they don’t have. It’s a spa and they have no fresh fruit. I didn’t say anything. Then I asked for orange juice and was told no orange juice. No staff available to attend as too busy attending to their vip guests. It’s been over 20 mins and no manager has come to see me and no update on seeing a nurse either. Very very disappointed. I travel a lot and have been to many spa resorts but this place is shocking. Can’t wait to leave. Looking at flights to get out of here. Only been here 2 nights and had booked to stay 5 nights what a waste of money coming here.

The spa is nice but some workers need to be English speakers. The location of the hotel is good but the service is not the money worthy. The cleanliness is not good ( towels and bed sheets changing) They forgot to put refreshments all the day and even complained with nothing changed.

I had a fantastic trip here in November that could’ve been a disaster but wasn’t due to the amazing manager (Branov) and all the employees. I came specifically for the wellness treatments, so was excited for a weeklong stay. Unfortunately when I met with the dr to prescribe a plan, a condition I have precluded me from any of the treatment I’d specifically come to receive. I’d written in advance to double check this was ok, and unfortunately received a reply that led me to believe I could. After graciously accepting their mistake, the team did everything they could to ensure my stay was still a good one. The property is beautiful, the surrounding area was great to explore ( esp if you like country walks or trail running). I also loved the outdoor pool and infrared sauna. It ended up being the fantastic relaxing trip I’d wanted, just worked out differently than I’d planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you double check any pre-existing conditions with the clinic (being as specific as possible)

this was my first solo trip and it was fantastic, the hotel room was very nice and comfortable, the food quality and varsity were excellent. the hotel located inside the park and surrounded by the river and very near to the shopping mall which makes it ideal for walk allover the day. i booked intensive spa package that includes 4 treatments / day i found most of the treatments very useful and actually relived my back pain, however some of it were not that useful in my perspective but i think it depends on each one preference and case. Sunday is off day for the spa there is no treatment so it is opportunity to book a trip to see Bratislava or the mountain. overall experience was very nice and i found it worth the money and time spent.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which exudes a unique sense of nostalgia. As a medical spa hotel, the staff's knowledge and expertise were exceptional, providing excellent and unparalleled medical treatments. The half board option was fantastic, and the staff were accommodating throughout our stay. Although we only stayed for two days, I believe a longer duration would have allowed us to fully maximize our experience. The town itself is charming, and the food, particularly the Slovakia Pizza and Beer, was delightful.

Peaceful relaxation even when the hotel is full. Specific wellness procedures: "mirror" - pool with 39-degree thermal water, "mud pool" - thermal pool with mineral mud at the bottom. Beautiful wellness area. Excellent cuisine at dinner with live music.

A lovely relaxing break for two, new pool and sauna area, rooms old style but not dated, suites hotel style, clean, sizeable. Hotel is vast. Staff friendly and multi lingual. Worth the price but food and drink a little pricey for Slovakia.

We heard a lot about the place from friends, and decided to try thermal water treatments for the first time. There is no doubt that the experience was very successful and we will return again and again. But the treatments themselves, which were excellent, are only part of the great sense of pleasure we experienced at the hotel. An excellent level of service from the entire hotel staff, starting with the doorman and ending with the senior management. Everyone showed great interest and a prominent desire to understand our needs and provide them quickly, efficiently and punctually. Excellent and meticulous room maintenance, starting with the daily change of bright sheets, to the small and delicious candy carefully placed on the pillow. A clean and equipped dining room at the highest level. Efficiently managed kitchen and dining room staff. The food, which we learned to recognize with its unique flavors (with a healthy food orientation), was varied and very tasty. More than we recommend the hotel, we have no doubt that we will return again and again and again…. Thanks !
