It was a cute hotel with an underwater theme.
The space near the hotel's food stall had a Little Mermaid-esque atmosphere.
However, it would have been better if the overall feel was a little newer. Not that it wasn't clean, though.
It was convenient that there was a food stall on the first floor of the hotel.
The pad thai, fried rice, kebabs, etc. were delicious.
The hotel pool also had a nice atmosphere.
There was music playing, so it had a bit of a party feel lol
I think the pool at the very back was an area you couldn't enter unless you ordered a drink.
There was a convenience store, currency exchange, massage, etc. nearby, so it was convenient.
It was a bit of a walk to Bangla Road, but not too far.

Everything was amazing, just like the other reservation, but I checked out at 9am because I was going on a trip, I ended up forgetting my sneakers in the room, the tour ended, I returned to the hotel at 11am and stayed until 1pm, at 3pm they warned me about my sneakers, I thought the check out was poor quality but it was okay, I left Phi Phi and went back to the hotel to get them, I spent 200.00 reis of grape to do this, when I got there I got my sneakers and asked if I could leave my bag to go get a drink at 7-Eleven, the very nice receptionists said yes, but a man, who didn't have the manners to look me in the face, said no, that we couldn't leave them because we weren't paying for it. (We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, which cost more than R$1000 + the R$200.00 for gratuity to get the sneakers due to a poor check out) anyway, it had everything it needed to be a 5, sometimes the manager doesn't have the same competence as the staff itself!

During the booking we requested two queen bed and yet they five us king bed. We have no choice because we are already tired, flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel late evening. The receptionist was freaking annoying and rude. Even the spelling of the wifi password spelled wrong and he assumed that I understand it as wrong. So I have to go down again and clarify to him. Hotel are not as described as in the website. So don’t get scammed. Deluxe Premier is too skimpy. No toothbrush/paste provided unless you called. Room smells so bad that I had to spray almost half of my perfume in the room. Bed is hard, not so comfy to sleep with. Mosquito is also present. Hotel provides inconvenience not convenient
