Everything was great. From the cozy, soft bed to the pool on the roof, where it is simply incredible to watch the sunset. You can smoke on the balcony. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the beds are comfortable. The view and the private pool make truly unique. The breakfast is great, the staff is friendly. We would be happy to come back.

I'll start with the location, the hotel is located on a hill, offering excellent views of Patong, but this is the downside, it's hard to climb the hill if you don't have transport. It’s a bit far from the sea (20 minutes walk) Service 10/5 speak good English. The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great! The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet). For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant. Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

Cleanliness : the hotel is clean in general and no weird smell in the corridor or the rooms. The only issue was, showering would lead to leaking and mildly flooding the floor which meant the bath tub was not high enough or the curtains are not strong enough to resist the water. Location : right in the centre, extremely convenient and you can just find just about everything from walking distance. Service : all excellent staff, good manners and well rounded people who are delighted to provide service and chat. Especially, the night shift staff Mr. Croissant - he is very welcoming. Amenities : quality of amenities are not good. The toothbrush, toothpaste were not for quality, the tissue roll was terribly thin.

Pet friendly what I looking for but the room is very old and should be renovated. I was very unimpressed with the housekeeping. The bed sheets and towels were so old that I didn't dare to use them. Coz no matter how much I spent from the hotel is, the cleanliness of the equipment is the standard for hotels at every price level. Also I booked the deluxe room but I m not sure I got what I booked for, it was looked like a standard room. I’m very disappointed here. However, all the receptionists and staff, especially in the restaurant, were all very nice. My mother is a vegetarian. The chef prepared a special meal for her out from the buffet line breakfast. I appreciate it! The view of the rice fields next to the mountain is fantastic. I have a toy dog good for him to walks around. Extra charge for pet was acceptable. And good location in town connect to 2 beaches. Overall I’ll give 2/5 for this place. I prioritize cleanliness!!!!

The room is clean and decent, outside the room is direct access to the pool. The breakfast area is beside the pool but the sun can be quite strong and felt hot while having breakfast(9am). Breakfast is simple with a bowl of porridge with some small chicken chunks mixed with sesame oil and sprinkle of pepper. Can’t expect much since breakfast is only around S$4/- per pax. There is not much amenities. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Also gave tons of information on where to dine,shop, walk. Overall it is good and decent for a night stay.
