Ulasan ASHLEE Heights Hotel Patong

This hotel was just WOW! Nice and big bathtub. Everything was clean and the service was great. I asked for extra pillows and they brought it up immediately. Great location.

There are lice in the bed, there are lice in the wardrobe, the water is salty, shower water is less, very slow, WiFi is slow. I asked 5 hangers, no more hanger, I ask 1 more towel, no more towel. Customer service is lazy and rude.

2 people, 1 card - so dumb. The pool wasn’t working, what made our stay at this hotel pointless.

In front of hotel there is coin laundry. My room doesnt include the washing machine that i was seen in the picture. Ya…. Just regret this thing

Pretty good hotel for the budget travelers!

Worse customer service from the reception and housekeeping. They are rude and not friendly. All the bath towels provided daily were torn. Breakfast options were very limited, less than 10 items. Room is big because we booked for triple room. Swimming pool view is good.

Bathroom door hard to open and the bathroom cleanliness and condition is poor

My room shower very low pressure. Tv problem. Hopefully Ashlee can improve.

Stayed 3 nights in Ashlee height... Room was big, cleaned and amenities were good... Staffs were polite.... Near to the beach and main market... Value for money for more than 2 people, as they have big room for family stay... Overall excellent experience...

Everything perfect! But to much India people there. They can be a little bit to loud in the night.
